Comfortable Single Family Home with Ample Space in center of SWFL

  • Cozy home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood centrally located in the heart of Fort Myers. 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Myers, beaches, I-75 and within 30 minutes of Miromar and Sanibel outlets and 1 hour from Naples.

    2 bedrooms and an office with the capability to sleep up to 11 people in spacious common areas. Bring the whole family or escape to paradise with friends! Living room is equipped with dual queen sleeper sofas with additional twin sleeper chairs in the family room. Twin over queen bunk beds in the guest bedroom and a king bed in the grand bedroom. Furniture is brand new!

    Fully equipped kitchen with oven / stove, microwave, coffee pot and single-serve coffee machine. Large dining room table and smaller breakfast table near the kitchen.

    2 large bathrooms, 1 bathtub.

    Pet-friendly with approval.
