Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! The owners said that it was "on the beach", but it is not. Beach is 1/2 mile away. No beach view at all! Very poor communication with us. Listing claims it's a 2BR, but 2nd BR can only be accessed by going outside, down steps, and up steps on other side; absolutely no access from one unit to the next. There was open poison laying on window sills, with many dead ants nearby. Door locks do not function; we were unable to lock doors when we left and unable to get access codes until after 4 phone calls to main office. Rooms were not clean, bathroom was disgusting. There were 2 tv's, one did not work at all. We had absolutely no access to 2nd unit: no key code, no key. When we objected to the conditions of this place, we were told there are NO REFUNDS, Expedia made a half-hearted attempt to get our money refunded but had no luck. We have not given up on getting a refund for this terrible experience but have been fighting with them since our return from FL. We would up staying in a hotel for 2 weeks, with NO beach view. We made a genuine offer to stay in this condo, but refuse to put up with these conditions. Their staff made excuses about why we could not speak to the manager, not helpful at all! Family-friendly is a true scam. What family would tolerate going outside in the middle of the night to go into other unit!?! If you are planning a trip to Florida, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER.
