This property is perfect for a vacation rental getaway or for long term snowbirds.. Two bedroom one bath private home. Stay for a weekend, stay for a month. Very quiet and private, but close to everything that you need. Right next door is our pool and laundry room!! Quick walking distance to Walmart, laundry mat or go relax and enjoy Fort Myers Beach which is just a couple miles down the road. This house is completely furnished with everything you will need. All you have to do is pack a bag.

The property is clean, newly renovated, and nicely kept. Close by shopping and things to do, a short hop to the beach.

February Florida Vacation

The property is close to many amenities! The pool is wonderful. The neighborhood is friendly. I walked to Walmart for necessities. The house was clean. The nearby restaurants were wonderful for me being celiac. There is some street noise so I didn’t give 5 stars. They do provide a toaster oven and countertop burner for baking and cooking.
