"This is a lovely family run hotel, but their high rating may be a bit misleading for regular travellers. For a small community like Fr. Macleod, this property is likely a 7 or 8. If it were in a larger centre, it would be a 4…5 at best. My room had a comfortable bed and it was clean, but very dated. Very dated. There were a few hiccups with my booking, but the owner fixed them very quickly. On the Customer Service scale, I would give them a 9! Very nice people who are trying to figure things out. I wish them all the best, but I likely won’t stay with them again."
