Welcome to Sunset Chalet! Our modern, new-build retreat has 3 spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings, featuring contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the private pool, perfect for cooling off in the desert heat. The master suite includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort in our desert oasis!
Located just minutes from highway 95 in a quiet neighborhood, you'll enter our home and immediately be in the sprawling living room, kitchen and dining room. On the left side of the house is the master bedroom with gorgeous en-suite bathroom! Huge soaking tub, with tons of natural light and a large walk-in shower. Opposite side of the house are the remaining two bedrooms with guest bathroom.

LOCATION:
The home is nearly completely surrounded by gorgeous Arizona desert. This means wildlife will be seen and has the possibility to make it onto the property. The backyard is completely gated but snakes, mice or bugs can still make it through. Please be careful, especially with children and pets.
POOL:
The pool is not heated at this time.
QUIET HOURS
The city has quiet hours that begin at 10pm until 7am every day.
OCCUPANCY
For our short term rental permit with the city of Bullhead City, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more that 10 people on the property at ANY given time with 7 remaining when quiet hours begin. Unfortunately, if this gets violated, the reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds.
Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
