Be in the middle of all the best Fort Lauderdale has to offer in this mid-century modern home right on the water. Original 50's w/full rehab:3 bed 2 bath with restored terrazzo floors, walnut kitchen with high end appliances, and modern bathrooms.

Enjoy outdoor living room, kitchen, bar/dining area - plus heated saltwater cocktail pool - all overlooking the canal and yachts!

Only 1.6 miles to the beach, 3.5 miles from the FLL airport and 1.5 miles to the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Terminal.

The Neighborhood:
So much in walking distance! This Lauderdale Harbors location has over 20 dining options in a 0.5 mile radius. Starbucks, Boatyard, Southport Raw bar are just a few of the options.

Need provisions? There is a grocery store and liquor store just a quick 5 min walk from the property. A Platinum Whole Foods is 0.5 away and will deliver.

Convention Center less than a mile away, and just minutes to beach, Cruise Port, Las Olas, and Downtown.

Getting Around:
Easy to catch a 10 minutes Uber ride to the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard or the Cruise Port.

Amazing location and peaceful property!

Location was fabulous! Grocery stores and a TON of different dining options all within very short walks. Steve and Kristen were great communicators. Very well organized and clear check in instructions. The home was immaculate. Comfy beds. Modern appliances and shower faucets. Good water pressure! Having laundry onsite was great!! We had a minor issue and Steve responded instantly. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay

This is the nicest holiday rental we’ve ever had. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with modern appliances. The outdoor area is great and made our chill at home days throughly enjoyable. We weren’t sure of the location when looking for somewhere as it’s not central but there are a few bars and shops in walking distance and Ubers to the beach or Las Olas are only 10-15 if you don’t want to drive. We had an issue at check in but the owners were responsive and put it right quickly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and location is great! We brought our boat and was able to dock easily and enjoy time on the water. The only complaint I have is wish there would have been more bath towels and kitchen towels.

Lovely Stay

The cocktail pool is adorable and temp was perfect. 6 adults can stay very comfortably. The view in the back yard is really lovely. Communication with Steve and Kristen was great. They even checked in on us when we had rough weather. Overall fantastic stay. Ps bring your own 2 ply toilet paper if you don’t like sandpaper on your bum. 😅

Can’t say enough about this place!!!

From start to finish this home exceeded our expectations! I don’t know that I’ve been to a cleaner VRBO than this one. This place is well decorated and the added Christmas decor was a huge bonus. The outdoor space was better than pictured!!!! There are so many restaurants within walking distance. No need for a car :) Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Mid century modern beauty

The home had a great back yard area and a great view of the boats on the intercostal. It was clean and comfortable. We slept 6 adults comfortably and great location with stores nearby. I hope to be back.

Fabulous house with an incredible back yard!

Fabulous stay at a wonderful property. Everything was exactly as represented in the listing. The house was beautifully appointed and the backyard was incredible. The location of the house was great with Publix grocery store close by as well as many shops and restaurants. Steve was a terrific host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
