We did not enjoy our stay here. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom with makeup all over it and it was wet. The mattresses were stained and dirty. We were told we would have free wifi but we could not find the code anywhere and when we emailed there was no reply. Very disappointing given the cost.

I’m not sure what room those pictures were taken in but they surely weren’t from our room. The paint was dirty and peeling, the bathtub was so gross I refused to shower in it. The lights were constantly blinking on and off. The stairs are so shallow I nearly stumbled down them 3 times and the grippy strips are coming off making the stairs slippery. The furniture is ungodly uncomfortable and the bed squeaked anytime you breathed and was so uncomfortable we packed up an entire day early and headed home because we could not stand another night. I was really looking forward to a more homey environment rather than a boring hotel but this place really failed to deliver.

The air conditioner was a little tricky but I figured it out. The building was in very good condition and the apartment was very well furnished. A few things could have been fixed before welcoming a new guest but overall a great stay. Thanks for accommodating me at short notice.

We got to the apartment (with a newborn) to take care of some medical issues. We do not live in the area. Upon arrival we noticed that the AC was not working and it was 80° in the house. We contacted the property and they send out a maintenance person, the maintenance person said it was a bigger issue and he would be out in the morning to take care of it. He did not come that morning btt it we were out of the hose, when we got back the ac was still not working so we contacted the property. They moved us to a different apartment and told be they would refund me $100 for the inconvenience and the 24+ hours with no ac in south Florida. Perfect! We moved to the other apartment and it was fine. Fast forward, I still have not received the refund. I booked through hotels.com and they told me the refund would be issued through there. I reached out via hotels.com and they are now denying the refund. I would not suggest staying here, because if there are issues out of your control it is hard to contact and apparently they will not refund you the money that they promised.

The property is well maintained. The area is intercostal living area so nice quiet neighborhood. The communication with the property management team is awesome. They respond quickly and very helpful. Staying there is quiet for the most part you can control your neighbors but management will handle any issues quickly as they do have a noise policy already in place. Laundry area for a minimum fee if you need to use. Will definitely recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with this place. They need to do a better with cleanliness. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The pictures were very deceiving.

The property was adequate. Very dated. It was clean-ish (not great). No hot water on second day in shower, but it did work better for the rest of our stay. You had to giggle the handle in toilet or water kept running. Old, scratched pots & pans. No dish drain or scissors or even a pen and paper. Never met any of the property managers. All contact was thru text messages (not a fan of that). They didn't provide any info on things to do locally. The only thing we really liked was the area, there were lovely homes. Nice park nearby. Honestly I would probably not stay there again.

We used the property as a base to explore South Florida. On arrival, took a bit of effort to get the code to the door and check in details, but after phone conversation happened, all went well. Property is functional, everything works or if not it seems to get fixed quickly. You are getting what you paid for, but this exactly what we wanted. To address previous reviews, the app for the washing machine is fine, no issues with UK details. Area is safe and quiet. Grounds well maintained. Very clean on arrival, some areas could do with some maintenance and a refresh, and yes, the bed can be squeaky but everything operated. Wi-Fi was super fast.
