We were looking for a late booking on the water. There were many amenities available, tours and activities. Our purpose was to just relax. We slept in late, took walks, didn’t travel far for excellent food. The Tilki Bar and the Italian Restaurant in property had greatFood and great service. It was just what we needed to rest and recharge.

The room wasn’t very clean but I tried to overlook it. The drawer under the sink was open when we got there which I found odd . The neighbors were screaming so loud until 2 pm . I go to throw something in the trash and cockroach runs across the top of the trash can. Then I go to the bathroom and there is a smaller roach crawling on the floor. Now I’m sure the drawer was left open for them to attempt to treat for roaches prior toOur arrival . The management company responds 24 hours later. We checked out earlier and I’m still attempting to get a refund for the last day as I had to find another hotel that ended up costing me over 300 for one night

The stay was very comfortable- the kitchen was fully stocked, though we did have to wash the dishes prior to use. Otherwise very nice and convenient for walking around!

I usually leave very brief reviews because my stays have always been excellent; however, I do have a few concerns to note. The hot water for showers was lukewarm and at times cold, which made showering difficult. Additionally, the room was not prepared and ready until more than an hour after the scheduled check-in time. I am currently awaiting a refund of the cleaning fee due to this delay. Other than these issues, I was able to rest and truly enjoyed the view.

Great location. Tiki Bar and how close it is to the beach was great. Overall the facility is in fair condition and having to pay for daily valet parking and to use the facility gym were unwelcome surprises. Overall a great vacation area.

Well, we didn’t have a beach view room, but the view outlook. The intercoastal waterway was nice. We had no water pressure in the shower. That was the only downfall to the stay. I feel like the water was trickling out of a straw.

Basic and outdated

1 king size bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 shower. Decent size 1 bedroom condo. Beds were not comfortable. Paper thin walls could hear whole entire conversation from the neighbors at 12AM. The murphy bed backs up to an old glass door thst connected the units at one time so my childeren couldn't sleep .Only 2 rolls of toliet paper for a week so had to get some from the store. Kitchen drawers get stuck. Pots and pans look like they are 20 yrs old. Resort is valet only was an extra 100 to park for the week. Pool is basic definitely not "resort" material as the name suggests; we kept getting hair on us in the pool. Tiki bar food was over priced and no flavor. This is a get what you pay for property.

Needs many upgrades. Floors and bathroom were extremely dirty when we arrived.. Great location but would not stay there again.

Outdated and tired

Unit is very outdated, mostly clean but dirty around light switches and door handles. Furniture is old, creaky, some broken. Unit is large, spacious bedroom and plenty of seating in dining and living area. Comfortable bed, plenty of shower and beach towels. Could use 2 low beach chairs and an umbrella. (We bought and left one in the unit).

Nice place but LOUD

We enjoyed our stay and the place was nice. The really big downfall was that it was incredibly loud and wild at night with college spring breakers in the elevators and hallways. Tried reaching out to Vacasa and could not get a timely response. I know this was not the owners fault but they were not helpful at all. Barely slept one night because of the noise. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect for a Getaway

Everything was perfect - clean and a great location. The property manager was great, small issue locking the door when leavin, got in touch and she came out was resolved in minutes. Furniture and blinds could use some updating but no complaints!

Family vacation

The condo was as advertised. We had stayed here on a previous trip so knew we liked it. The only issue we had as with getting the wrong entry code but they were quick to respond and fix. Also, the elevators were not always properly working and the pool didn’t open until noon one day. Which is no fault of Vacasa. Overall a great trip.

Nice weekend getaway!

This resort is the top of the line. There is 2 resturants on the resort with amazing food. The staff were the most polite people. Especially the valet guys. The listing says its 15 dollars a day for parking but that needs updated because its 18 a day. The only complaint i have with our condo itself, it didnt smell very good when we entered. The first love seat smelled as if someone peed on it and then it didnt get cleaned properly. We just didnt use the love seat & bought febreeze to help w the smell of mildew. This is in a great location. It was cold while we was there and we were told there was no heating system. Not a huge issue considering florida weather is normally nice and no heat is needed but this weeknd it was and we about froze.

Black mold, mildewed bedding, pee smell upholstery and more

Peeling plaster, shower had black mold, feces on toilet brush thrown behind toilet, old battered up furniture, urine smelling sofas, strange smelling comforter, octopus of tv wires under both tv’s that only play Spanish shows, octopus of multiple wire hanging from both tvs, dirt and mold on sliding glass panels, cracks in ceiling, rust on vents and floors, light fixture broken, 3/6 light bulbs on vanity broken, holes in shades, mold on window corners, cracks in ceiling and corner molding, bitten up ankles, inaccurate photos on ad, inaccurate parking rate listed, smoked filled restaurant, and tops of feet, terrible lengthy response to inability of obtaining the correct entrance code

Terrible experience

To start at the beginning, the communication with the management company was terrible. Anytime we needed to speak to someone, we’d have to go thru a call center with people that are reading a canned answer and don’t give a crap about your situation. We had traveled all night to get to the location, the apartment was ready and empty, but we were not allowed to get in early. When the check in time came around, we still weren’t able to get in as all the codes provided were incorrect and didn’t work. After almost an hour, we were finally able to enter the apartment only to find a quite dilapidated place. But the worst was yet to come: the air conditioner was leaking in the closet. Not a drip or two, but literally streaming water. There was a puddle ankle deep in the closet and it was seeping into the kitchen so walking into the kitchen meant getting whatever you had on your feet, wet which then became a serious hazard as the entire apartment was tiled floor and super slippery. Attempts to call about this situation ended up taking hours upon hours only to be told that we were being relocated to another apartment. After over 5 hours of attempting to get someone to tell us where we were moving, I finally spoke to one person who actually tried to assist us. When we were finally told where we were moving, they wanted to send us to an apartment 2 hours north of this one! This literally was a nightmare! We eventually canceled the entire booking and booked with another company.

Listing inaccurate and host nonresponsive

The listing indicates that the property includes a hot tub, but there is no hot tub on site. Additionally, when I messaged the host through the VRBO app it took 6 days to receive a response, so needless to say my issues weren't addressed until after my stay was over.
