SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary bedroom: king bed, private bathroom, 55 inch smart TV, chaise lounge, large walk in closet with a safe, and a door to the patio and pool.
Second bedroom: queen bed, nightstands, large closet, accent chair and French glass doors to the patio and pool.
Third bedroom: two twin beds, 55 inch smart TV, dresser and a PS4.

LIVING AND DINING
7 seat theater style sofa with electric recliners, 85 inch LG 4K smart TV with an LG soundbar, and a dining table for 6. Every bedroom has a smart TV; sign in to your own streaming accounts on any of them.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped for home cooked meals: Mr. Coffee maker with Colombian medium roast coffee, toaster, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs, cups and wine glasses. Plastic utensils are available too.

BATH ESSENTIALS
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, bath towels, washcloths and dark makeup towels.

LAUNDRY
Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and extra storage.

OUTDOOR
Private pool (not heated, so the water temperature follows the season), artificial turf lawn for kids, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor bar with 4 stools, outdoor dining area, chaise loungers, umbrella, ping pong table and cornhole.

BEACH AND FAMILY
Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a cooler. A Pack and Play is stored in the primary bedroom closet.

Port Everglades cruise terminals are about 20 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) is about 20 to 25 minutes, so this is a relaxed base before or after your sailing.

The entire home and fenced backyard are yours. Self check in with an August smart lock and your own private code. Park in the 1 car garage with an EV charger or in the large driveway.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum 6 guests (City of Fort Lauderdale limit). No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. No smoking inside. Please supervise children around the pool at all times.
