The Oak Hammock Villa is centrally located and is just minutes away from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach and the world-famous Las Olas Blvd. which features the area's trendiest restaurants and shops. Located in a gated community, this newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath villa is fully equipped and perfect for a family vacation or a corporate stay.

A local property manager is available 24/7 and quickly responds to requests.

Gated community. Mostly small families or retired individuals live in this community.

This 2-story townhouse accommodates up to 5 guests in a comfortable, clean and home-like setting. There is a spacious private backyard patio for outside dining and a community pool for your enjoyment. Parking available for up to 1 vehicle in the unit’s garage (no guest space parking allowed)..

Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Bus, Train are all available and within 5 minutes of the property.

COVID-19 NOTE: WE ARE FOLLOWING CDC GUIDELINES TO ENSURE ALL AREAS OF THIS PROPERTY ARE CLEAN, SAFE AND AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE.

Upon completion of booking, all renters will be required to complete and sign a rental agreement provided by the host. Please provide your email address to the host, so we can email you the agreement.

All child/baby gear listed must be pre-requested and we will help coordinate the rental of the items with a local, reputable baby gear rental company we have partnered with to make this as convenient as possible for our guests. Rental fees apply.

We really enjoyed our stay, only regret was wish we could’ve been there longer. Great location close to the events we were attending. Would love to stay here again. Host was excellent at communication.

We were in the Ft. Lauderdale area for a family reunion and vacation. The condo was perfect and centrally located for where we decided to meet. The host was a great communicator. The furniture and bed were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool was clean and was like having our own private pool. And the gated community made it a safe and quiet place. Would definitely recommend for a getaway or business trip.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighbourhood!! Beds were comfortable with extra sheets. Well stocked with basic supplies for the week. Just like pictures on vrbo site. My only suggestion would be, improve on the bath towels quality! Very cheap like and did not like them!! Beach stuff was awesome!!

The house was clean and the manager was great. We were able to extend our check out time because our flight wasn’t until later. Some of the neighbors weren’t happy with renters and weren’t very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
