Modern, newly renovated condo with all the upgrades! Smart TV with cable boxes in living room ( 65 INCH) & bedroom. 2 QUEEN beds in the bedroom & QUEEN pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen with full sized appliances. Granite counter tops & modern tile in bath. Enjoy restaurants and shops within walking distance!
The property has everything you need! A full sized kitchen with full sized appliances, dishes, pots & pans, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee, filters, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, laundry soap for shared laundry room, 2 BBQ grills poolside, laundry chairs, tiki hut, outdoor pool shower. 1 onsite assigned parking space included.

Nice place to stay with family
our stay was wonderful, the place was prepared for our arrival, clean, organized, cozy and very quiet environment, very close to the beach, I thought everything was great, the communication throughout the process.

Mother's Day Stay-cation
What is there not to love about this property! Super close to the beach and lots to do around the area. House had all the amenities you would need for a lengthy stay and the host was more than accommodating. We even decided to extend our stay and the process was super easy! We will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend.

Enjoyed our time - great location!
My husband and I had a short stay here. The property is one block back from the beach, on the quieter end from activities and had all that we needed. Deirdre was an excellent host and responded quickly to any inquiry we had. There appeared to be some “long term” stays in the complex and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Great little vacation spot
We had a great time visiting Deerfield and Boca Raton. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach. Towels, beach chairs and sand toys were provided and put to good use this week. The small kitchen provided just enough convenience to have some meals at home, but we were close enough to town for dinners out as well. We also appreciated the smooth communication with manager, friendly neighbors, clean common areas, and tidy, well-equipped condo just as described.

Deerfield beach vacation.
Everything was great. We purchased some kitchen utensils for the unit and left them there for the next occupants. We did notice there isn’t a potato/cucumber peeler that should be added. Also no box of tissues. We purchased the tissues ourselves. Very clean condo. The other guests in other units were so friendly and kind. Loved the pool.

Perfect!
This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Quiet location, straight across the street from the ocean, all around get experience here! Owner is so quick to respond and very friendly! 100% recommend!

Great place to stay!
Let me start by saying that the property manager Deidra is fantastic. She was so quick to respond and answer any questions. Wonderful communication!! The condo is adorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a quick walk to the beach and in a great location. It was quiet and pool area was perfect too. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent beautiful place to stay!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. A quick walk to the beach for sunrises, a quick walk to the river for sunsets. The area was quiet and serene. Very beautiful inside and the pool was lovely.
