Enjoy a new/stylish experience at this centrally-located home. 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 full couch bed & 1.5 bathrooms. Doors lock. Garage access from phone will be provided. 2 parking spaces in garage. I live there seasonally so fully furnished home with a FULLY functional kitchen, large smart TV’s (80") with all streaming platforms, sound bar, grill, some exercise equipment, etc. Neighborhood has a pool! Close to downtown Las Olas, all beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and Brightline!
