We would like to tell all of our guests that cleanliness has always been our Top priority and that we have doubled our Award Winning cleaning routines. We do Clorox and disinfectant wipe all room surfaces and practice Social Distancing. Please note that for our future reservations we will be offering a Complimentary Arrival Basket that includes waters, sodas and Breakfast Snacks to promote social distancing in place of continental breakfast that was previously offered in select rooms.

Mike the owner was super nice and accommodating. He even stayed up to help us check in when we arrived well after midnight. The rooms are well appointed and a great size. The two salt water pools are delightful and kept warm. Can't wait until we stay again!!

Loved it! Very clean and comfortable with a home away from home feeling. The location was great, a few miles away from the busy beach and downtown Las Olas and we could walk to restaurants, markets, pubs, coffee houses right out our door. My husbands favorite was to catch a game at the Funky Budha brewery while my favorite was the so relaxing open air Greek restaurant Ethos, a must try. Best Greek food I have had in a long time. Cant wait to our next visit. Thank you for everything Mike.

It's a nice little B&B. The room was nice and comfortable. There was a full sized fridge, a little table, sofa, and two nice beds. The pool outside is warm (heated) even in the winter. It's a cute little pool area, and very chill. The owners are very nice and attentive. You can text them for anything you need. If you're a gay or bi person from some godawful place in middle America (like I am) and aren't sure where to stay, you can rest assured you'll feel safe and welcomed here. It's in a gayborhood an' all. It's lovely.

Best stay in Ft Lauderdale.
Mike, who I believe is the owner was awesome he went so above and beyond to making my stay easy, from recommendations on where to eat, to allowing me to check in early before my appointment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be back on my next visit.

Mike at the Island Sands Inn was extremely friendly and helpful - he took time to orient me to the area and what was around, as well as provided maps and a local magazine for what was happening while I was there in Fort Lauderdale. The room was quiet, centrally located to all the bars and restaurants, and the pool was well maintained. The fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer were a plus!

Excellent doesn’t begin to describe Island Sands Inn. Check in is a breeze and Mike is very knowledgeable on all the places to go. The 2br villa was absolutely great and it was a perfect location, close to George’s Alibi. Can not recommend this place enough; it was fantastic.

Everything from the first contact with Mike to arrival at airport, and finally check-in was excellent. The location is excellent for Wilton Manors nightlife - literally minutes away by walking. Would stay again.

Perfect location, great price
I had an amazing stay and I would recommend this great little inn to anyone needing a well-located but moderately-priced place to stay in Wilton Manors. Their service was prompt and punctual. The location--a block off the main drag--means you can just leave your car parked there (no small consideration for that area). The room was comfortable and well appointed. My only concern was that I could not control the temperature in my room. That said, when I asked, they adjusted it promptly for me and I had no further issues.

We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed are walkable location to everything. You did get our One room that did not have its own separate a/c unit. Just FYI for next time: We are in the process of changing it from a Central air zone a/c to an individual controlled unit. A little Oasis in the middle of Wilton Manors
Excellence stay, fantastic hosts, Mike is so hospitable. I had a wonderful time. I will definitely return. Great location, walk to everything. Truly in the heart of Wilton Manors, Heated pool, private location, off-street parking, modern furnished units. you couldn't ask for more. I had the best time. Plan ahead! Rooms are hard to find in this area especially ones like these.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Betreiber. Er ist wirklich sehr bemüht,seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Trotz allem mussten wir eher abreisen, da wir durch die nächtlichen Geräusche der Eisenbahnen (alle 20 Minuten mehrfaches Pfeifen) nicht zur Ruhe kamen. Das fanden wir sehr schade, denn die Unterkunft samt Poolanlage ist sehr schön.

Wir wünschen, Sie hätten uns die Chance gegeben, Ihnen eine andere Unterkunft zu zeigen. Unsere vielen Gäste, die sich in diesem Zimmer aufgehalten haben, haben uns noch nie darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Leider gibt es in ganz Fort Lauderdale Züge, die gelegentlich durchfahren. Nur der teurere Strandbereich tut dies nicht. Wir hoffen, dass sich die Schlafbedingungen Ihres Mannes durch den Umzug an den Strand verbessert haben. Es war ein Vergnügen, beide zu treffen Sie.

JUST AN AMAZING INN...A MUST!
THE ISLAND SANDS INN IS SIMPLY AMAZING! The service is top notch, and the rooms and amenities are pristine. The Inn has great character and charm. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was large an modern. I had a room with a pool view. Pool was BEAUTIFUL and water was perfect. Location is an A PLUS! Very safe, and you can walk to so many great shops and amazing restaurants! I will definitely stay again!

You can't find one better than this
From the moment of check-in through the length of our stay the staff was very accommodating super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated very Charming in a private setting with a wonderful pool side area. Everything you could possibly need for a comfort was provided including complimentary drinks and a breakfast served to your room. Extremely clean very comfortable and the mattress was luxurious. I cannot say enough about the stay here and I will be returning myself to enjoy their Hospitality again and again when in the area. If you are looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area you will not find a more comfortable place at any price. Well done guys

We had a awesome stay , Mike was super friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival he gave us all the info we needed about the area/nightspots. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Ft Lauderdale.
