- ANYONE OPERATING GOLF CART MUST FILL OUT A WAIVER LIABILITY AGREEMENT FORM WHICH WILL BE LOCATED IN THE WELCOME BINDER. FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED AND SENT BACK ON CHAT MESSAGES. ALSO WILL HAVE TO SEND PHOTO OF A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- ONCE FORM IS FILLED OUT AND ID IS SUBMITTED YOU WILL GET THE KEYPAD LOCK CODE FOR THE GOLF CART.
- GOLF CART MUST BE CHARGED AFTER EACH USE AND CHARGED ANYTIME NOT IN USE.
- BATTERY MAXIMUM OF 5 MILES. GOLF CART TO BE USED FOR SINGLE TRIPS TO THE IMMEDIATE AREA AND BEACH ACCESS AT LAUDERDALE BY THE SEA.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PAY FOR PARKING. ANY CITATIONS FOR PARKING THAT ARE NOT PAID WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 CHARGE + THE CITATION FEE.
- USE GOLF CART AT OWN RISK. B&G LUXE PROPERTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY WHILE OPERATING THE GOLF CART.
- MUST BE 25+ OF AGE WITH AN ACTIVE DRIVER'S LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CART. (MUST SHOW PROOF OF DRIVER'S LICENSE WHEN SUBMITTING WAIVER FORM)
