This location is everything, you are literally in the middle of the action of Fort Lauderdale’s main hub but the street itself is nice and quiet. Great for those that want to do everything walking or short rides away.
Renting a car is a nice perk but not required if you’re just planning to stay local. Free parking for 8 cars is included with your stay in the driveway. Paid parking lot available just one block away with plenty of extra spots.
Uber & Lyft are also readily available in this area and recommended. The Brightline train station just opened up which can take you to Miami or west-palm really fast! This sprawling station is roughly a 5 minute distance from the compound.
FREE RIDES! Download the “Ride Circuit” app on a smartphone, then simply request a ride! The process is similar to ride-hailing apps like Uber but it’s like a golf-car style limousine but there is no fee. These awesome all-electric cars are meant for short trips, like the beach or lunch. This service is a new program provided by the city of Fort Lauderdale.

Even though we are an event friendly space. Any Weddings, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Gender Revels, Filming, Shoots, must be planned with us in advance.
Approved pets are welcome; however, a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply. Must pick up after pet. (Doggy bags provided).
