Cozy and comfortable. Let us enhance your visit with this perfect studio. The unit is ground floor: includes granite counter tops,large kitchen, new appliances, large flat-screen TV, Luxury floors, crown molding and led ceiling lighting, nice modern unit, quite environment, safe and secure, privacy wall surrounds the courtyard and building feel the ocean breeze and enjoy your coffee or drink in the sunshine or shade. BBQ on sight tropical plants surround the space. Downtown and Beach 3 minute walk, many restaurants, bars, ice cream, pet store, fishing pier, live music on the week ends, quality beach, and beach chairs and towels provided. World famous ocean reefs with plenty of sea life. Always something to do, or just relax downtown sitting area and watch the people go by. Bakeries , grocery stores, pharmacies all within walking distance. Don't really need transportation when everything you need is a short walk away. Black out curtains in your unit, small cozy courtyard to sit out and enjoy the ocean breezes, and sunshine right out your front door. BBQ grill on the north courtyard if your into grilling.

5 stars probably for most people

Location is excellent. Very clean inside and Rob the super keeps the outside very clean and is pleasant to talk to. More room inside than expected, however, the commode is barely wide enough for me and I am not big. The shower was beautifully done and very roomy, however, there are no shelves of any sort to hold soap, shampoo etc.There are security cameras but the perimeter cameras are pointless not being recorded and my car was damaged while the cameras could have caught the culprit if recorded and that put a bit of a damper on the experience plus the parking spots are like the commode with barely enough room to maneuver. If you don’t have a vehicle to worry about and the other minor issues are not a concern then this is a five star place. I simply personally could not give it five due to unfortunate events. Can’t blame them for the event but the cameras should be recording or they are pointless.

Third booking with this property! Beach one block away, restaurants half a block from our unit, free parking, included beach chairs….. kitchen had coffee maker, microwave, frig, hot shower… perfect for two if us!

Upon arrival noted there was no pool nor patio as shown in the confirmation. After entering, the smell of mold/milden was overpowering! Could not stay Very disappointed with the entire experience. Had to scramble to find an alternative accommodation for the night. Property manager ignored our complaint. Owner unresponsive after I wanted money refunded. RUN

Perfect location

This location was absolutely perfect, easy stroll to the beach, and around the corner from all the restaurants. It's right on A1A so a little noisy but the location made up for that. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Communication with property manager was very good, property manager was very responsive to every question.

This was one of the best BnBs I have stayed in. It is conveniently located. I only drove my car twice in one week. It was well appointed and an on-site manager catered to every need. It was one of the first that I actually enjoyed hanging out in.

10/10 recommend this quaint studio stay! full size kitchen, shower/bathroom, and bed with fold out futon(very comfortable). Was extremely pleased with maintenance, safety, and location. Host was wonderful and responded within 24 hours of communication! Definitely will have to come back sometime soon. Was my friends and I first time booking with VRBO and will be going forward because of the amazing experience.

Wonderful stay

This was a nice unit located right next to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. You’re an extremely short walk from the beach and multiple fun restaurants/bars. Wayne and Rob were wonderful hosts that were extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying at this property if you’re looking for a fun getaway close to the beach.

No paper towels, only 2 bath towels, no hand soap or any toiletries, no hair dryer, no broom, no pots… Very dirty pillows and sheets didn’t look that clean either 😞 … but we survived and it’s just another life experience

Studio has everything you need for a vacation!

Updated, clean, comfortable bed (plus fold out couch), every utensil one needs to cook, fresh bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs! The pictures displayed on vrbo are true. Close to shops, restaurants, no need for a car. Free parking on site if you do have a car! We definitely will be back!

Great Location!

Villa Bettina is right in the heart of everything vacation! Walk everywhere is easy. We spent 5 weeks in the studio apt and found it easily adequate for out comfort. Neighbors were all easy going and friendly. Our plans changed and we needed a few extra days and Wayne worked to accommodate our needs. Whether strolling along Commercial or walking to the pavillion to sit and read for a while. What an absolutely great location to enjoy the warm weather! We will be back.

Cosy little studio, tastefully decorated. In prime location. Only two minutes to the beautiful beach, nice shops, and restaurants of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Thin walls, so it can be a little loud if you have noisy neighbors. Wayne (the landlord) imidiately helped to resolve noise complaints. We are looking forward to staying here again.

As described and actual pictures. Perfectly located near restaurants, shops, beach, etc... Nicely active area, but not too over crowded. Much better alternative than a hotel room for my week long work stay. Owner was easy and pleasant to work with and responsive to questions. Will be my go to when back in the area for work. Only constructive feedback to provide is to upgrade the AC. It can leave a slight mildew odor if the humidity is high.

Fun in the sun!

This studio was the perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. The studio itself was nice, looked like it was just remodeled, the only complaint I had was the window air conditioner was so loud. But, it is what it is. It would have been worse with out it.
