1 Bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Super close to Downtown and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Modern, cute yet cozy. QUIET yet CENTRAL location. Brand-new furniture, fully- equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. Smart TV comes with Roku. Super fast WiFi included.

Designated parking spot. COIN Laundry on site, for all apartments.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio and/or Pool. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.

Just to clarify this means ONLY OUTSIDE areas of the building. No surveillance of any kind is inside of the building. Host respects the guest's privacy and safety 100% and will do anything to protect it." The maximum authorized for occupancy in this apartment are 4 person. Children between the ages of 2-13 are exempt from occupancy, but not from payment.

Not the cleanest and hidden policies
This place was fine but I'm also used to staying in hostels and campsites--I expected better from a Vrbo listing. After booking I was informed there was a $300 deposit being held against my credit card. I had to send a photo of myself holding my driver license. And the worst was being told AFTER booking that I couldn't flush toilet paper (had to put it in the trash can instead of int the toilet). Bedroom door is falling apart and the floor was dirty (don't plan to walk around barefoot). Bathroom smelled like a gym locker room and the beds aren't the comfiest. No hand soap anywhere. Location is good though and you get what you pay for I guess.
