Not kid friendly
Overall beautiful location, I’m glad we didn’t bring our children as it is in no way child friendly. Homeless man sleeping in the lobby when we went down for coffee at 7am. Between9pm-10am if you aren’t down for a party don’t leave the room. Cops were there one day for half the day outside our room for another guest who had brought kids. No security really anywhere. We didn’t get towels until the next evening. Probably great for rowdy young adults.

Perfect location
The location is perfect. Right on the beach and the Tiki bar is amazing. The hotel itself is old and the pool needs some attention but the rest of the hotel is clean and our studio was perfect with a nice balcony. Everything worked perfectly in our kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and bedding was nice and plenty of new towels. Overall great.

Family Time
We had a great time here. This location is perfect. The building/condo is located in the middle of 2 great areas for shopping, eating or just relaxing on the beach.You never need to leave if you dont want to as the propety has everything on site. The pool is very nice but we did not use. The Tiki bar/restauant is fantastic. The food and drinks are very good. We didnt eat at the Italian resturant but is was always busy. The beach is great !! Rented 2 chairs daily for $10. Thats less than many other places we have been in Florida. Let me say Mike, the owner, is the most responsive owner I spoke with. If you have any questions or need anything he reponds to you very quickly. That is really nice. The condo looks exactly as it does in the photos. It is on the smaller side but is fine for two people. It was clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need for your stay has been supplied.We had a couple gloomy days but we didnt let that stop us. Got a massage from the wonderful spa. The Jungle Queen Riverboat was a blast. We highly recommend this. Well was worth the money and then some. Do not hesitate to rent this unit. It is worth it. Have fun!!

Great location- great host
Loved this property. Exactly as listed. The room is a little outdated and a little cramped, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you are driving there is no self parking only valet ($15/day). Beach chairs $10 and umbrellas $10- which I found to be very reasonable. Tiki bar was awesome! Property is right on the beach which we loved! We will definitely return to this property. Mike was very flexible and responded to my questions right away.
