Cheerful 2 bedroom townhouse with pool

Enjoy new memories at this centrally-located coastal spot. Situated 2 1/2 miles from Lauderdale By the Sea. Community pool on premises. Conveniently equipped with beach chairs and cooler. Close to major highways, restaurants & within 15 miles from airport.

Things to note:
- Property is not pet friendly
- Please respect peace and privacy of neighbors as it is in a shared lot with other townhouses.
The space
Spacious two bedroom, two floor townhouse with fully equipped kitchen. Kick back and relax on the private balcony off the master bedroom or the semi-private outdoor patio with access to the community pool.

The second bedroom provides ample space for additional guests, with both a full and twin size bed (bunk).

Free wifi and two Smart TV's (no cable).
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire townhouse, as well as the outdoor patio and community pool. Guests are also entitled to one parking spot.

Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

The townhouse is close to the beach which was only a couple of minutes drive which was nice. It was very outdated. It is on the corner of two busy streets so it is very noisy. Our car was blocked in one morning. Luckily we found the owner without much trouble and they moved it. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked small and had leaves in it. Curtains on the windows that fully close would be nice.
