Pet Policy:
– We accept a maximum of 2 pets per stay, with an additional charge for each pet.

Pool:
The pool is cleaned only on Thursdays.

– Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval and a fee
– Guests are responsible for pet damage; fees apply as specified by the host
– Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home
– Do not park inside the garage
– Please load the dishwasher if you’ve used any dishes
– Leave the BBQ grill clean, or be charged a $100 cleaning fee
– Do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper
– Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area
– Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children in the pool
