Gorgeous, modern, sound isolated. 12 min to the Aventura Mall too!
The apartment is located close to the beach, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Port Everglades (cruise port), Dania Beach Casino and Seminole Hard Rock Casino too. If you do not want to be to far from the airport, but close to the beach, restaurants, casino and THE 5th LARGEST MALL IN THE USA, this location would be perfect!
It is great for families and groups.
This property has a large shared patio, a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill (propane provided!) and a gorgeous bathroom. There is a new dock, that can be used for relaxing or parking your boat (might include an extra charge).
It has1 queen-size air mattress (super comfy - sleeps 2).
Free bikes upon request!
SHARED Laundry on site, high chair and playpen are also available (no extra charge).

All windows have blinds and it is also located on a quiet street. Although this home is close to the airport, it is sound isolated (as in triple impact windows, studio recording level of insulation, and so on).
There is an enclosed backyard rest area with a patio set, sun umbrellas, hammocks, loungers, and a grill. The backyard is very private with a high fence.
If you bring a pet with you they can run around in the backyard and chase iguanas (they are everywhere).
There are 50-inch Smart TVs in the living rooms with 150 channels available on Roku platform). You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop).
Greater Fort Lauderdale area (which Dania Beach is a part of) is beautiful and a true tourist destination, no matter what are you in to, and our modern huge property just might be the home base from which you can experience it.
Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).
It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.
Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.
Just to clarify this means ONLY OUTSIDE areas of the building. No surveillance of any kind is inside of the building. Host respects the guest's privacy and safety 100% and will do anything to protect it." The maximum authorized for occupancy in this apartment are 6 person. Children between the ages of 2-13 are exempt from occupancy, but not from payment.

I enjoyed my stay so much that i extended it for another day. The house was clean and spacious. I love the lake and scenery. The patio was big with enough furniture for a gathering. I will definitely book them again.

Do not stay here
Honestly, this was the worst rental experience of my life. I wish I could include photos here. The rental agreement is insane and should be a big red flag for anyone. The property was generally neglected. The landscaping hadn't been maintained, and the vegetation is overgrown and filled with weeds. The property was dirty from use and from lack of attention. The refrigerator was warm and broken. The AC didn't work at all. The handle on the shower was broken and resulted in jagged metal in the shower! 3 of the 4 electrical outlets in the kitchen didn't work. This property advertised "24/7 Support" and Logging by a Professional Host," but the host was anything but professional and never showed up to address the issues I raised. Every response from the host was cavalier disregard. On the second day, I found a beehive infestation on the property. The hosts' response was another cavalier and dismissive one. I left after less than 24 hours. Five days later I went back to check if the beehive had been addressed, it hadn't. Save yourself a miserable experience and find another property.

Vacation hurts by this place
We had so many issues with the place (not any essential, not enough towels, student fridge…) that I can recommend it to my worst enemy. Few issues where solved during our stay but so many have been ignored by the owner. The cleaning fee are a big joke: the floor was dirty. We didn’t enjoy our stay and it hurts our vacation in Miami. The best recommendation that I could do it to not stay there. And to the owner, to care more about the multiple issues of the property.

The place was very neat and had a cozy feeling to it. The area seemed very nice and the canal was also a nice view. The showers and rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here!

Totally misrepresented! Dirty & No Working A/C
Place was dirty. Sand in bathroom, dirt wring around bathtub, oven in kitchen was nasty, smelt musty, furniture had tear, outside furniture was dirty and the final blow was no working A/C. When I contacted management immediately upon arrival, she wanted to text and couldn’t take my call. I forwarded her all the pictures of the condition of the unit. Then she said they would get someone out the next day to clean and fix A/C. So she acknowledged the problems….Then I said, “So we are just supposed to not use the filthy bathroom and sweat when it’s 80 degrees w/ 75 yr. old parents”. Finally, David called, another property manager and was terribly rube and not understanding of the situation at all. These people acted as if it was no big deal….I told them we would be leaving and moving our elderly parents to a hotel that was clean and had A/C and I expected a full refund since I didn’t get what was represented and what I paid for. They have never responded and could care less. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY OR ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They clearly DO NOT do the RIGHT thing, because it’s the RIGHT thing to do !
