Registered Guests Only
All guests must be listed at the time of booking. No unregistered visitors allowed.

Quiet Hours
10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors—no loud music or disruptive behavior.

Parking
Two cars max, right side of the driveway only. Do not block the left side, reserved for a resident living in the efficiency unit next door (separate entrance, no access to the house). No street or grass parking.

No Parties or Events
Gatherings are for registered guests only. No exceptions unless approved by host in writing. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal from the property.

No Smoking or Pets (unless approved)
No smoking anywhere on the property. Pets must be pre-approved (pet fee applies).

Safety and Monitoring
Security cameras (exterior) and noise monitors are in place for safety and to ensure compliance.

Damage
Please treat our home with care. Report any damage right away.

Violation of these rules may result in a $300 penalty, immediate cancellation, and removal from the property without refund.
