Guests can enjoy access to shared amenities like a pool, hot tub, and fitness room. But you'll love just how close you are to the beach. The open full kitchen features a wall-mounted oven and colorful cabinets to match the tone of the condo's cool blue decor. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom, with a bonus soaking tub in the main bathroom. The private washer/dryer will take care of anything you brought to wear to the beach. When it's time to settle in, just close the room-darkening shades and enjoy a peaceful sleep from the 18th floor.

- You have chosen to lease a condominium unit directly from a private Unit Owner or their representative rather than through the W Fort Lauderdale. Any charges incurred on the property (In room dining, WET, Spa, El Vez, etc.) will need to be paid directly at the respective outlets and cannot be signed to your private unit. The Hotel does not have the ability to provide services to the room. Therefore, services and amenities that you would normally expect courtesy of the Hotel are not included with your stay, such as but not limited to:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
