"It would be easy to mention a few negatives....but I'm not going to as staff dealt with these rather well. Huge praise for the young lady (Bob) who appears to single-handedly run the bar, restaurant, & hotel reservations. Food was very good, so compliments to the chef. We would certainly return."

"Pool facilities were fantastic. All the staff polite and helpful! Room was very clean. It was too hot at night with the windows open. The food in the Resturant was excellent however could do with a better choice for starters."

"Super high quality hotel! If you plan to travel for Newmarket horse racing, this hotel must be the best choice. In the hotel, they have a wonderful warm swimming pool and jacuzzi.
