「Staff is excellent. Shuttle service is free and will take you to surrounding areas and they will arrange to pick you up. Really convenient. Breakfast is included, and the multiple restaurants in the hotel are excellent. Pool and view from rooms..incredible. Rooms are clean. 」

「Il nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato veramente lodevole. A partire dall'accoglienza dei proprietari che sono davvero delle brave persone sempre cordiali e disponibili. La camera era davvero carina e soprattutto molto pulita. La posizione è un po' scomoda ma c'è la fermata del bus a pochi passi e poi comunque c'è il servizio navetta offerto dall hotel che ti porta in tutte le zoni d'attrazione vicine. Consiglio veramente a tutti di andarci per godersi qualche giorno di pieno relax, io...

It was very clean and it had hot thermal water coming out in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Bus stop is just a minute away. Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away. 「美しい場所にあり建物やインテリアもすばらしい、SPAサービスの種類も充実している。 しかし、例えば部屋の浴槽に座ると掃除が行きとどいていない部分が見えたりして標準価格帯の客は相手にしていない感じがしました。 マッサージを受けましたが無愛想、ニコリともしない。 バーのピアニストは幅広いリクエストにも答えてくれました。 ホームページでは屋内プールが有りそうに思えますが、エステ専用浴槽の巨大なものと考えるほうがよい。 同時に使えるのはひとりか二人で、予約したうえ数分単位で使用を制限されます。 部屋が狭く飛行機に例えるととても高価なエコノミーシートみたいな感じです。 ファーストクラスを選ぶと評価が変わる可能性はあります。」

We loved the delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, amazing pools, and nearby Sorgeto Beach. Pietro and Umberto were incredibly helpful with planning our day, restaurant and beach recommendations, and lifts to town. We cannot wait to return one day to the island of Ischia and especially to this beautiful sport.」

「Had a great stay here! Very welcoming! Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was...
