「We stayed at this property for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with sweets from the Host and the place was clean. Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. The neighborhood is in a little sketchy area but the property itself is newly renovated. Although it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay. The Host was very friendly and responded very promptly. 」

「Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us.
