「The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully!! The apartment also has access to a private backyard which was really pretty. Faria, the owner was very nice and so was her assistant Tiffany. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay. It is really close to the Journal Square Path (like a 7 minute walk) and is close to restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed!」

「My sister loved the place and the neighbors. I loved the proximity to shuttle boat to NYC」

「This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. 」

「We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.」

「The property was beautiful, the breakfast was good, the coffee available as early as we requested (4am!) and the suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful in anything we needed.」

「The property's convenient location offered proximity to all train stations needed. It was able to accommodate a large group, including children. I would certainly consider staying again if it is available during my next visit for the event. Furthermore, the host was very responsive to my inquiries.」

「Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "During my stay, the window lock was broken, and in the middle of the night a strong gust of wind blew the window open. It was extremely cold, and the next day I developed a high fever. Falling ill completely ruined my stay. I request that you carry out thorough safety checks and equipment inspections. In hindsight, it was a mistake not to complain to the staff in person at check-out—I only left a written note. 宿泊中に窓の鍵が壊れており、夜中に強風で窓が開いてしまいました。非常に寒く、翌日には高熱が出てしまいました。体調を崩してしまったことで滞在が台無しになりました。安全面と設備の点検を徹底してほしいです。なお、チェックアウトの時点では熱が出ていなかったため、その場でスタッフに苦情を伝えることはせずにメモ書きだけ残しておいたのは失敗でした。"

"立地はとても良かったです。駅も近く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。建物は古いですが、特に気にならず快適に過ごせました。難点はエレベーターがピーク時になかなか来ないこと。それと、部屋の掃除を頼まなかったのでタオルの補充をお願いしましたが、なかなか届けてもらえず、３回目の催促でようやく届けてもらえました。"
