The rooms and rooftop are great, and the location is perfect if you are attending an event at the nearby conference center. However, you should stay away if you expect professional service. The staff is clueless and rude. They were disrespectful to my wife during check-in and proved their incompetence by failing to settle a simple bill at checkout. It is a very pretty hotel in a convenient spot, but the total lack of basic hospitality and staff professionalism makes it a place to avoid.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. One place to hang a few clothes. No place to put anything else. Had to live out of our suitcase for three days.
