「客室内の設備が故障し、交換を求めたところ、対応できないと断られた。片手で持つことができる程度の小さな備品であり、対応できないこと自体が不思議でならない。 翌日、メンテナンスの係員が故障していることを確認した上で、１０分も経たずに新たしい備品を届けに来た。 どのような理由があるのかは知らないが、客の要望に誠意を持って応えようとする様子が見て取れない。 客室の広さ、清掃状態等は一般的なレベル。ただし、客室の窓からは、目の前のハイウェイを走る車の音が一晩中入ってくるので、睡眠に支障がある。 宿泊客への対応や騒音がひどいので、次回の利用はないと思う。」
