Unit Layout
You will be staying in a bright, 3-room apartment located on the 2nd floor, spanning 55 square meters. The apartment features sloping ceilings and comfortable, cozy furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table and a flat-screen TV, as well as air conditioning. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and the other has two beds measuring 80 cm each.

Amenities Included
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment also includes a washing machine, iron, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi. Heating is available from November 1st to April 15th, and both electric and gas heating options are provided.

Other Information
The apartment is suitable for families and allows for one pet or dog to accompany you during your vacation. There are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site, except for the local tax. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom available for your use.

Perfekt für den Sommerurlaub mit Selbstverpflegung

Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Woche in Follonica verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine praktische Größe mit ausreichend Möglichkeiten, die naßen Badesachen aufzuhängen, und insgesamt allem, was zu einem gelungenen Strandurlaub mit der Familie beiträgt: Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Laufnähe zum Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars in wenigen Gehminuten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche ... Für unseren Geschmack könnte die Deko etwas landestypischer sein, aber das sind Details. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
