The back yard is shared but hardly used just try to keep activities on your side of the building.

One block from 59, guest say its nice and quiet. We live in this neiborhood you don`t have to worry about your stuff getting stolen, like some places. Its really chill.

We can supply air mattresses, no late parties.

Please do not park on the lawn.

Avoid parking on the lights that divide the driveway. If additional parking is needed please feel free to ask. We can park work trucks and trailers on the side of the road next to the fence please notify host for approval.

No smoking in building! Feel free to smoke out side. Be respectful of other quests. If we smell smoke inside the house we will have to charge a additional fee for cleaning and breaking an important rule. Fee will be at our discretion and is non negotiable so just smoke out side.

No frying inside, this is due to the grease and smell that is hard to get rid of in time for the next guests arrival. Eggs and bacon are okay but please don`t burn the grease - p stove runs on the hotter side.

The dinning table and the coffee table are equipped with Borghini marble. Do not set pans or heavy thing that may scratch due too marble being on the delicate side. Beautiful but delicate.

NO EATING IN BEDS: This is not a hotel this is a home, food in the bedrooms allow for accidents and bedding is expensive. If bedding needs to be replaced we will have to back charge the booker.

No smoking, if you decide to smoke in the back or front yard do not through cigar of cigarette butts we will find them. Please understand kids will put anything in there mouths. 50 cleaning fee if we find butts.

Understand that these rules are in place so everyone that comes and stays can have the same experience you are having, so let`s do this together. We have the best guest but need to have guidelines do to the delicacies this property offers.
