Parking on site.

- Bright living room with a large bay window giving access to the terrace, furnished with a sofa (convertible), coffee table/lounge, small bench, TV, round table and 4 chairs (one extension + 2 chairs available), console, armchair and electric fireplace.
- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: dishwasher, combined microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and Tassimo, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machines, food processor, mini-oven, crockery and cutlery and washing machine with dryer
- Bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), 1 large and 2 small wardrobes. Window opening onto the terrace. Bed linen and household linen included, towels extra.
- Bright mountain area with attractive glass roof and wooden bunk beds.
- Bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and hairdryer

- Large, enclosed, south-facing wooden terrace with views of the slopes and mountains. It features an ovele table with 4 chairs, 2 relax chairs and a parasol.

Other activities include dog sledding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, snowboarding, snowbike riding, snooscoot, yooner/paret, horse-drawn sleigh rides, paragliding on skis, hot-air ballooning, Ulm flights, helicopter snowmobiling and even groomer driving!

In summer: You can enjoy the Flumet lake, swimming and its natural beaches. Other activities include trail running, climbing, mountain biking or fishing on the banks of the Arly, themed or orienteering trails and, last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the air with a hot-air balloon ride!
You can also visit the Val d'Arly cooperative, see how Reblochon cheese is made and even make your own!

You'll be 10 minutes from Megève, 15 minutes from Les Saisies, 20 minutes from Col des Aravis and 25 minutes from La Clusaz, 25 minutes from Albertville, 30 minutes from St Gervais, 50 minutes from Chamonix, 1 hour from Italy, 1 hour from Annecy and Geneva, 2 hours from Lyon.
