The 137m² property has a suite with a QUEEN BED, a bedroom with a SINGLE BED, a living room with a 40" SMART TV with BOX TV, and a terrace with a barbecue and partial sea view.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
