When I booked, it stated AC in room. indeed there was one unit but host stated that my rate did not include so I checked my reservation which stated that AC was in bedroom Inrented but it did not say that I could not turn on To me this is misguiding I’m not used to be fooled and si got unhappy about the situation even though host told me that si was not the first customer claiming this problem

Was advertised as having air conditioning it did not have AC. Then staff was very unhelpful when i was trying to explain the link i booked on has listed AC. He wanted to charge me an extra 250Q per night for AC but didnt have any AC rooms. Then i was told i can not leave the hotel after 11pm. Not that i wanted to but he felt the need to make that very clear to me makimg me feel that i was locked in. I ended up paying for these nights and going and renting a room else where. He did not seem helpful when asking for refund.

El hotel ofrece habitaciones con ventilador y aire acondicionado por lógica tiene diferente precio, el cliente reservo con ventilador y quería con aire por el precio de ventilador, se le informó que las puertas del hotel se cierran a las 11pm y después pueden tocar la puerta, el cliente quería entrar y salir toda la noche y por respeto al descanso de nuestros clientes se le informó el horario y mucho menos en estado de ebriedad como andaba.

This place is excellent for the price -- it was the cheapest single room on the island and cheaper than some dorm beds -- but you get what you pay for. The shower didn't warm up for five minutes, at which point I gave up. The bathroom was full of mold. But the staff were pleasant and the location was perfect.

Not recommended.
I had to get up early for a tour group and the shower was not working. They must have known this and said nothing at all. I got to use a shower downstairs that was in horrible condition but at least water came down.

It’s an unbelievable bargain for the area. It’s just a very tired property. Really needs some updating. It was really good for my purposes. I wasn’t in the room for more than showers and sleeping. They had really good water pressure with really hot water.

Hôtel bien situé et personnel très agréable Cependant, il fait extrêmement chaud et le ventilateur n'est pas très efficace (il faut payer un supplément pour la clim), les matelas ne sont pas confortables du tout, propreté a revoir : toiles d'araignées, on a tué un cafard, beaucoup de choses rouillées dans la salle de bain

No window in my room, but air vents in the wall (essentially a big hole) so you could hear everyone passing and street noise too. Bring earplugs, you’ll be fine. I didn’t see any shared chill out space, and no food or drink is served, but many many restaurants nearby. This is a very basic place at a very basic price and it suited me.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix
Chambre très basique, moins bien que dans la description et sur les photos. L'hôtel est dans l'ensemble assez vieillot et la chambre plutôt vétuste. La salle de bains était propre, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude (cela devrait être indiqué). L'hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille ville de Flores, mais très bruyant (aussi bien dans l'hôtel que dans la rue). J'ai trouvé la chambre très chère compte tenu de tout cela.

The location it's good but that's it. It need a lot of improvement. They charge $12 per day fir the AC but if you have to pay that, then you price will increase to an average of $35 per day. In that sense, I'll pay a better place. Bottom line: look somewhere else!

Very good hotel in Flores
Located on the second line on the peninsula, easy to find. Inside the peninsula, everything is within walking distance. To the bus station about 20 minutes on foot. Nearby you can find where to eat and buy food at normal prices. Nice people - staff. Narrow and uncomfortable stairs. The room is beautiful, clean and bright. Quite comfortable bed (can be tougher), pillows. The window is on into the inner corridor, but there is no external wall near the corridor. Poor sound insulation. Fan. Quite normal bed linen. Two towels. The bathroom has hot water from the tap. There is soap and shampoo. In my opinion, the price of 90 quetzales per night is adequate.

misleading pictures. Not at waterfront, but behind. Only 2 rooms out of 20 will have some kind of view. Very old building, do not expect too much

El señor reservo una habitación doble con ventilador, a las 5 horas de estar en la habitación dijo q sentía calor y después dijo q había reservado con aire acondicionado.

Do. Not. Stay. Here.
Unclean, 4 flights up to my room, loud the entire time from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, only one outlet which was too far away from the bed to reach, spotty internet that didn't work most of the time, the woman at check in was on the phone with someone else while I checked in and stayed on the phone the whole time talking to that person, and it so dirty that I developed a skin rash from it. I had planned to extend my stay for a few more days, and instead left as early as possible to go to another place. You get what you pay for, and wasn't worth the 100 quetzales I spent. Worst place I've stayed at while travelling through Mexico, Belize and Guatemala.

Lamentamos mucho las inconveniencias del caso, usted se alojo en el cuarto nivel, en un fin de semana, donde el ruido viene de fuera del hotel, porque es dia de fiesta en el parque que esta a 100 m del hotel, la señora del check-in atiende el telefono para realizar las reservaciones. No entiendo porque usted se refiere de esa manera despectiva de la señora tal vez por ser indigena, y debio dar su queja inmediatamente a recepecion al cambio de turno, lo cual nunca lo hizo para tratar de solucionar su situacion. Cuando usted salio del Hotel, se despìdio cordialmente sin indicar ningun problema. Nuestro Hotel se mantiene adecuado al precio, la limpieza es fundamental y el servicio de Internet funciona al 100%.

Good 7/10
Hotel was great with very cheap price in island 👍 only few thing have change but it’s ok for 12$ U.S dollar for night with private room n attach bathroom plus breakfast for one person. I did not do breakfast because I have to leave island early in morning... but wen ever i visit Flores I will like to stay on that hotel :)

Reasonable choice for a cheap stay in Floris
An OK place for a cheap stay - though regrettably (I found later) not as cheap as the nearby Hotel Aurora. Top floor room, no lift. Slightly obscured view of lake.No breakfast available. Taxi from airport confused with another hotel with a similar name in St Helena on the mainland.

Séjour à Flores
Avant 10h on n'a pas pu avoir la chambre. Heureusement on a pu laisser nos sacs ds une pièce fermée. La chambre est vraiment simple. La nuit la lumière est une simple ampoule qui n'éclaire que très peu. La propreté n'esn'as trop top ms bon dans l'ensemble ça va. Le personnel est gentil sans plus . ils ont fait notre résa pr le transport jusqu'à Tikal. Possibilité d'acheter son pt déj à l'épicerie du coin et de déjeuner au dernier étage de l'hôtel avec vue sur le lac sympa. La chambre n'a pas de fenêtre. Il y a une fenêtre en persienne ms le verre est opaque et est en hauteur. Bon ceci était pr notre chambre n.21. Pt-être que les autres sont différentes
