「Personnel très accueillant mais qui ne parle pas bien anglais. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et très gentil. Le bémol se trouve dans le lieu qui est très bruyant et donc difficile de faire une bonne nuit」

「We got a standard room (200,000 IDR) instead of the superior room that we had booked (450,000 IDR). The host arrived the following day - he didnt even care to answer the phone. No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room.
The room we stayed in had a broken bed, a window impossible to close, absolutely reeking toilet due to not working sewer system, the door lock stuck so the host...
