スタッフが親切
立地がとても良い（サンマルコ美術館からすぐ、ほぼすべての観光地から徒歩圏）なのは言うまでもないのですが、このホテルの何よりの魅力がスタッフだと思います。どなたもとても気さくで親切で快適な宿泊ができました。朝ごはんも贅沢ではありませんが、おいしくいただきました。設備は古いですが、それとは関係なく気持ちよいステイでした。

日本語通じる！
韓国人？のスタッフの方が日本語話せます！ 駅からは少し歩きますが、フロレンスの街を歩いて回るならいい拠点になります。荷物専用のエレベーターはありますが、人用のエレベーターがないのでそこはきついです。

Nice hospitality
Staff was very kind and nice. They were willing to borrow a knife and forks for eating fruits in the room and print some e-ticket at the front (actually it is not only the front but also dinning room).

Excelente cuando vas de viajes con tus amigos, pareja. Súper lindos todos. Instalaciones viejitas pero amplias. El centro queda a 5 minutos caminado y hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca.

Great location. You get a bed with clean sheets. Warm water in the shower. What can you possibly complain about at the price of 50 euros. Nothing. Great communication with the host.

Ho prenotato 3 notti presso questo b&b, ma al mio arrivo il proprietario , una persona anziana evidentemente non molto capace ,mi dice che i posti sono tutti occupati e che lui aveva fatto un casino non accorgendosi che aveva dato la moa stanza ad altri..morale della favola , siamo stato accompagnati in unaltra struttura ma molto piu lontana dal centro. Sconsiglio questo bed.

Place and owner were very nice.The only thing our room was by the street in the morning was noisy. But the location is great you can walk to everything.

Foi minha pior escolha da viagem. Acredito que o anúncio não deixa claro as condições do hotel. Não sabíamos que usaríamos banheiro compartilhado. Ficamos em um apartamento com varios quartos e a porta do nosso quarto tinha um vidro esfumaçado que quando alguém ligava a luz, nos atrapalhava no sono. esse apartamento fica em outro prédio que não é o mesmo da administração do hotel. O quarto tinha mosquito e os lençóis continham um pouco de pelos. Café da manhã simples. A única coisa que gostamos mesmo do hotel foi da funcionária japonesa que era muito simpática e atenciosa. Além disso, o hotel é muito bem localizado.

The pictures posted dont reflect the actual conditions of the rooms. I dont know how this hotel was rated bit it doesnt even match the requirements of 1 star hotel. If i was able to find another place for my family and my brothers we would have left directly without even checking in.

I Would Stay Again
We got there hours too early. They let us have a room in their property next door right away. Very friendly. Good breakfast. The lady speaks English. The older man doesn't, but he was very friendly and tried hard to communicate.

La struttura è un po' datata ma la camera, senza grandi pretese, era pulita con aria condizionata, frigo, tv e bagno privato. Per la cifra che ho pagato ho avuto anche più di quanto mi aspettassi considerando che anche la colazione era inclusa nel prezzo e in piu' la struttura si trova a 800 metri da Santa Maria Novella per cui comodissima per girare Firenze.

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming! Great location within walking distance to many of the main museums and galleries. Spacious room, not fancy but comfortable. Windows don’t have screens so if you want them open, bring repellent. The water pressure isn’t great but it gets the job done. Good breakfast - cereal, toast, yogurt and croissants. I definitely recommend!

Superb Breakfast
It is very central hotel, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants, markets etc. Also 10 minutes walk to Santa Maria Station. The room was big and warm enough for us considering outside was very cold on January and we had a baby. The building was old but that does not bother me. The owner does not know English well but he understands you and can explain what he wants to say easily maybe due to his age and experiences. There is no information or left-luggage office. You ring the bell and they open the door. That's all. You can also leave your luggages to the hotel, moreover they offered us to leave the luggages until train time by themselves. And the breakfast, it was magnificient. Maybe the best in Florence. Kinds of jams, cheeses, cream chocolates, breads, fruity yoghurts, fruits, muesli, egg, hot and cold milk, teas and coffees, toaster, croissant and etc that I can not remember now. And Norie, the responsible lady from the kitchen and breakfast. She was always smiling, helpful and trying to make you feel like you are in your house. The design and the service of the breakfast was superb owing to Norie. Although our kids littered the kitchen and the table, she never gave up smiling. Special thanks to her. Consequently, this hotel can be preferred even for its breakfast only.

>Upon entering the building, it had a bad sewer smell the wife and grandsons did not like. (Suggest keeping the basement door closed - or air freshness odder control at entrance.) >The owners staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating to us! >It helped considerably that one of his staff spoke fluent English! >In all - pleasurable stay in FIRENZE!!
