ドォーモ、サンタクローチェが見渡せる眺めの良いホテル
思ったより規模の小さなホテルでしたが、スタッフの対応も、ホテルの設備・コンディションもおおむね良好で、清潔で過ごしやすいホテルでした。アルノ川沿いで、サンタクローチェが近く、ポンテベッキオまで歩くことができます。夕暮れ時のアルノ川沿いの散歩もおすすめです。屋上にプールとＢａｒの設備があり、日中プールに入りながら、また夕暮れ時及び日没後にＢａｒで一杯飲みながら見る、フィレンツェの風景は格別です。この屋上からの風景が、このホテルの「一番の売り」かと思います。ホテル内のレストランで夕食を取ることもできます。私たちはあまり食欲がないということで、ワンプレートずつしか注文しませんでしたが、嫌な顔せず、気持ちよく対応していただけました。もちろん、外で夕食、という時にもコンシェルジュがおすすめのレストランを紹介してくれました。

アルノ川沿いの落ち着いたホテルです。街中まで10分、駅まではさらに10分ほどで歩けました。部屋もバスルームも清潔でスリッパもありました。バイキングの朝ご飯もグレードが高く、レストランの従業員も気さくに声をかけてくれました。

お勧めです
立地のことを言えば少し観光拠点より離れていますが、徒歩でベッキオ橋まで２０分くらいですし、不自由は感じません。なんといってもスタッフの対応が素晴らしく洗練されたホテルサ－ビスを満喫できました。朝食も美味しかったです。今回の旅行で３つのホテルに宿泊しましたが、こちらのホテルはまた宿泊したいと思いました。お部屋も広くて掃除も行き届いています。お勧めします。

アルノ川沿い、ナイスビューの古ーい部屋
実はこのホテルを利用するのは３回目。前２回はビューの無い部屋にとおされたが、きれいだった。 今回やっとアルノ川のナイスビューの部屋に通された。大喜びしたが、宿泊人数２人にも関わらず、テーブルについているイスは一台。しかも超汚く古い。壁紙や床なども古くて手入れが今一つの感じ。老舗ホテルゆえ、アルノ川沿いの部屋はふるいのかも？ボーイさんは夜中に呼んでもさすがに、嫌な顔一つせず対応も早い。親切。 朝食は、いつものようにおいしかった。 気になるには、エクスペディアを通して、税金込で支払をしていたつもりだったのに、最後にまた市税を取られたこと。予約表をコピーで持っていたのに宿泊初日に、もう必要ないと破って捨ててしまっていた。やっぱり携帯に入れておかなきやね。

落ち着いたシックなホテル
とても清潔感があり部屋の内装はシックで、快適に過ごしました。バス、トイレも使いやすかったです。最上階のバーは、ホテルなのでアルコールの値段はそれなりですが、少し離れた場所にドゥオモのクーポラや市内の教会が控えめにライトアップされており、落ち着いた空間となっていました。 中心街から少しだけ離れており、フィレンツェの道路はとにかく狭くて車も多く石畳が荒いので、毎回中心街からホテルまで歩くのは結構疲れます。

This was my 5th stay at Hotel Lucchesi and I will always stay here when I am in Florence. It’s a charming old hotel with a fantastic staff, especially Romano and Michele, the concierge. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop bar offers spectacular views at sunset. Its location is perfect and close to everything you want to experience in Florence.

Upon arrival the staff is there to help. The décor is five star and the hotel Is filled with history. The attention to room details, from slippers to nightly notes (weather the next day, etc.) is very comforting

The property was fantastic and the people were great. My only comment to the contrary is the air conditioning. Lots of hotels in Italy turn off the air conditioning and only provide heat. This property was no different. I tend to run a bit warm and i like to sleep in a cold room. I was a bit concerned about leaving the window open all night and the fan they provided was very loud. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff just want to help anyway they can. Being close to the river is great too. It is a beautiful stroll in the evening with plenty of place to stop and grab a glass of wine

The best hotel I have ever stayed at, hands down. Free upgrade on the room was beyond appreciated and after already having travelled for a few weeks, my three days here were a much needed Oasis. Everything was lovely. Even every room smelled amazing! What an important touch. Front desk staff extremely pleasant, laundry service amazing, and everything everywhere was spotlessly clean. Just wow. I will be back here my next time I come to Florence, no doubt about it. Thank you!

A magical Christmas experience
We stayed for 5 nights over the christmas period. we have a room with a balcony and had a stunning view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful My only minor criticism was that the towels were quite old and worn and the beds were quite hard, but that didn't detract from a wonderful stay ...we'll be back x

Nice and relaxing
Hotel was right on the Arno river just like we wanted and our room was right on the river as well. Unfortunately the roof top was closed due to the bad weather which passed through a couple of days before we arrived. The bartenders were great and made some good drinks for us while we watched some local soccer matches on the bar TV.

This is a very nice, comfortable property. The lobby bar has a wonderful atmosphere. The included breakfast was outstanding, and well staffed. The concierge was very helpful in booking tours and taxis. Our only disappointment was the service at the roof top bar/cafe. The staff was not very welcoming. Two of our group of four ordered spaghetti, which was served cold. We thought maybe it was an "Italian" thing, but later told by another staff member that it should be served hot. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay there again.

Hôtel bien cher pour la prestation. Chambre petite, salle de bain vieillotte et minuscule, le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples rapprochés…. Le roof top est le côté positif mais les tarifs sont exorbitants et la piscine petite et non chauffée. Bref, un hôtel qui serait convenable pour une nuit à 100-200€ mais pas 700.

This property had friendly staff and the room was fine in terms of size for a Florence hotel. The bed was not super comfortable and the sheets were so thin! Would not recommend room service as the upcharge is really expensive. But we slept, it was relatively quiet and clean, and the area is great.

This was our 2nd stay, we needed a hotel with parking. As soon as we pulled up we were quickly greeted and helped with our bags and our car was taken to the parking garage. Staff was very friendly. Lobby is beautiful,rooms could use updating but we're very clean. Location is great!

Great Place but don’t expect relaxation at pool.
Great place and great staff! Primary disappointment is that after staying there two times now, the hotel should restrict children or have a no splashing rule at least in the pool. Most people who go there book it for the romantic rooftop pool. Not so romantic when parents use the pool to let their kids run wild and splash….ruining it for most other guests. I will not be staying there again until they address this. They should advertise the pool with photos of kids splashing water around older annoyed adult couples who are trying to have a trip of a lifetime.
