Excellent Service! Great Location!

If six stars were possible, our experiences with the reception team would receive six stars! Same for the location - it was fantastic. Over we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would recommend for couples.

Very comfortable central Florence short break

Wonderful room in a historic building. Roberta was a font of knowledge and provided lots of information about the history and gave us tips on the local markets, best views of the city and places to eat out. As the accommodation was so central it was a real bonus to be able to return from our explorations in the middle of the day to have a coffee with cake, pastry or fruit left over from the ample breakfast buffet.

W eloped our stay at the Peruzzi urban Residence. Room was huge and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and it is well located. The receptionist was amazing and assisted me in retrieving my suitcase which was trying to stay in Amsterdam after close KLM connection

Roberta the host was phenomenal. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about Florence. She gave us a lot of tips about where to go and where to shop. Her wine teasing session was the best. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! I love that there’s a shared kitchen right next to our room. There’s coffee, fruits and pastries throughout the day. The ladies who hosted our breakfast were the best. Katia and Natalie were cheerful every morning. They prepared breakfast and made coffee for us. They were professional and friendly.

Property is an a central location,a few minutes to the Uffizi.We had the Oscar suite which had a small kitchen & sitting/dining room. A bit quirky as it is part of an old historic building.Roberta was very helpful & knowledgeable.Katia at breakfast was so warm friendly & attentive .

Great location,beautiful room lovely staff kind helpful,katiana at breakfast was especially helpful however the bed and pillow were very hard (personal preference) and the shower very hard to regulate and the toilet flush was temperamental and room was very dark

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at Peruzzi Residences! The accommodations were not only luxurious and immaculate but also thoughtfully designed to ensure a truly comfortable stay. The standout, however, was the incredible staff—especially Katia, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Her warmth, energy and attention to detail were remarkable. She truly made us feel at home. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, from the amenities to the seamless service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will undoubtedly return. A huge thank you to Katia and the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Wonderful experience

What a wonderful place to stay and explore the city. Check in information provided well in advance and Roberta, the concierge, provided an excellent welcome giving lots of information about the accommodation and best places to visit eat during our stay. Our room, Vittoria, was large, very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Our only issue was that of the noise from the street below which meant that any noise echoed up the narrow streets, not vehicles, just people enjoying themselves late at night. Having said that, it is a city centre and a fantastic location and we will stay again when we visit Florence next time. Breakfast in the large communal area just outside our room, was a fantastic spread. Great location with most sights within a 10/15 minute walk and some brilliant restaurants locally, just short stroll away.

Couldn’t fault the apartment. 10/10 for cleanliness, just a short walk from the centre which makes it accessible to all the main attractions in Florence. Roberta was super helpful from the start of booking until departure, ensuring that my son and I had an apartment that met our needs. Lots of little extras, fruit, cakes and water. The rooms, sitting area and kitchen are beautiful and the staff (Roberta, Mia and Juan Carlos) was very accommodating. The building elevator was small and outdated but in working condition. My only source of dissatisfaction was the building hallway stairs lighting which was pitch black late at night.This was outside the residence area, which is located on floor 2 (3rd level incl. ground). I will definitely stay again.

Wonderful property in a great location in Florence! The property was safe/secure, very well maintained, with staff that were very helpful and pleasant! Breakfast each morning was done very well and the hosts were all helpful. We also took the opportunity to visit the vineyard one afternoon and do their picnic tour - it was great! Purchased a case of the vineyards wine to ship home. Truly enjoyed our visit, we would stay there again when back in Florence!
