素晴らしいお部屋、立地とスタッフに満足しました。
ポンテヴェキオから5分ほどの立地で静かで大きな鉄の門の中二階に上がるとフレンドリーなレセプションがあります。一番大きなお部屋を使いましたが、天井の高さフレスコ画に包まれて、ITALY旅行の初日から快適に過ごすことができました。空港でのロストバゲージについても何度も問い合わせをしていただき荷物は三日間届きませんでしたが、ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親身に対応してくださいました。エアコンお風呂シャワーなど最新式で快適でした。朝食も期待以上でした。近くには地元の人が並んでいるような人気のトラットリアが何件もあり夕食に行くのにもべんりでした。賑やかな通りのDuomo周辺やポンテヴェキオではねんまつのカウントダウンで花火などすごく騒がしくなっているようでしたが、このホテルのところなら安心でした。

Hospedagem frustrada
O hotel é bonito e exclusivo, com apenas 8 apartamentos, a suite onde ficamos é ampla e bem decorada, mas a manutenção deixa a desejar. Dormimos duas noites com cheiro de esgoto saindo pelo banheiro, que na chegada foi mascarado com muito desinfetante. O odor subia pelo ralo do chuveiro e tornava o ambiente insuportável. Abrimos as janelas para amenizar, mas estava bem frio. Isso causou uma péssima impressão no conjunto da hospedagem. O valor cobrado pelo estacionamento também não é claro. Tanto aqui no Expedia quanto no site no hotel consta €30,00 por noite e nos cobraram €40,00 com a justificativa do tamanho do veículo.

The staff was amazing! Andrea, Anup and I can’t remember the dark haired girls name. Everyone was so kind and took great care of us! So warm and welcoming. It was a great area and so quiet at night. The only thing I would say is please add a dresser to room number 6. There is a wardrobe but a dresser with drawers is needed. Also, the hot water handle constantly leaked and pooled water around the handle. Other than that, amazing staff!!! GRAZIE!

The hotel is gorgeous! I almost didn’t want to leave the room. I seriously almost opened the bottle of wine and just hung out in the room, staring at the beautiful painted ceiling

Tuscan travels
Palazzo Guicciardini is a beautiful property. Our room was exactly as described on the website and was so lovely, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel has only 8 rooms and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous for walking everywhere. We were not driving a car so we didn't have to deal with the parking, which was a great bonus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This was an incredibly beautiful hotel right in the middle of Florence. The staff was super helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and it was great to be able to walk everywhere. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

We had a excellent time in this Hotel boutique. We got a great suite very ample and very clean. We loved our room and the frescos on the walls. Nicolo the concierge was more than friendly and extremely helpful.There are only 8 rooms so there is not noisy around the halls. We loved and enjoy our stay very much.

Una notte nella palazzo
A small hotel on the less crowded side of the Arno, but near the Ponte Vecchio. Rooms are large and bathrooms are modern. Our room had beautiful art and the high ceiling was painted with a renaissance scene. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful property. Excellent location. Very warm and welcoming service. But I donated my blood to mosquitos so much with malfunctioning AC. If the AC works properly and no mosquitos to struggle, I’d like to stay again.

Very beautiful palazzo in a great location, spacious room and very friendly staff. Just that the phone did not work and that they forgot to give us towels and soap was not appropriate for the standards.

Dear Petra, we thank you for choosing Palazzo Guicciardini for your stay, and for appreciating its location and charm, in reality the maid has forgotten absolutely nothing about the setting in the bathroom. In the bathroom there are 1 "Towes set" of two sizes per person, shower gel and soap. You asked for more and we immediately provided. It does not seem to us a disservice, quite the contrary.

Gentile Rita, siamo spiacenti del giudizio lasciato, soprattutto perché non ha usufruito del pernottamento. Non ci sembra etico questo modo di gestire le recensioni, lasciare un giudizio non lusinghiero solo perché non si è accordato una cancellazione gratuita su una prenotazione "Non refundable". Pensiamo che le recensioni sia uno strumento fantastico per agevolare la scelta dei futuri ospiti tra le migliaia di offerte del panorama fiorentino. Non uno strumento di ricatto.
