ホステルで素敵な出会いをできました。シャワーも綺麗で最高な空間。ビャッフェも美味しかったです。

レセプションの人の対応が早い(イタリアの他の宿で時間がかかったのでそう思うだけかも)。自分で持参していたロッカーの鍵が壊れてしまい、どこで買えばと相談すると、すぐ近くの店を教えてくれた。他にも交通手段など情報がまとめてある紙をくれ、それがすごく役に立った。観光名所もこちらが聞かずとも教えてくれた。 Firenze S.M.N駅に到着して17番バスでこの宿へ来るのは少々難しい。Googleマップの情報と異なるし、結局最後までFirenze S.M.N駅近くのバス停が見つけられなかった。電車か一つ先のバス停Indipendenzaから乗るのがいいのかも。部屋は普通です。€7のディナーが美味しかった。メニューは私が泊まった2日連続ほぼ同じメニューだった。学校の団体様が泊まっていたらしく、朝食会場が一時人でいっぱいになっていた。

気持ちのいい対応のスタッフにクリーンな部屋等の設備。唯一の欠点にして次はないなと思うのが立地だ。中心部、見所に溢れたエリアから早足で30分は歩くのが好きな俺でも毎回は辛し

また来たい。

HOTELも人もホントよかった。お気に入りのバールの近くだったので朝早く行くためにここにしました。チェントロまでバスで一本だし便利。一泊二泊なら十分満足。あえて言うなら、利用客のトイレ、シャワーの使い方がひどかった。シャワーは髪の毛だらけで自分のは自分で片付けるように客に促すか、掃除の回数を増やすかしたほうがいい。

のんびりとできる空間

予想以上に快適だった。シャワー、トイレ共にきれい。そこで出会った外国の友達も皆また来たいと言っていた。一つ欠点をあげるとすれば、メインのエリアから少し離れているというところ。でも歩けない距離ではないし、周辺にもカフェやスーパーなどがあるのでさほど気にならなかった。

安く快適

ユースホステルなので、どんな人と同室になるかによって快適さは当然異なってくるが、それを除けば清潔で受付の方も丁寧で、全く問題ありません。市街地からはやや遠いが、駅前から17番のバスでsette santi バス停下車、徒歩1分。17番は市街地も通るので、観光にも乗り換えなしに使えて便利。バスの切符もホステルの前のキオスクで売っている。

センターからバスで10分くらい

センターから17番のバスで10分くらいかかる。教会のすぐ横で反対には小さなスーパーがあります。建物は古い印象ですが、部屋は清潔に保たれていて良かった。朝食は5ユーロでビュッフェで、パンやヨーグルト、りんごやケーキなどありました。入口テラスでみんな個々に過ごしてる印象、夜はそこがバーになってました。！スタッフは若い人がテキパキ働いていました。

Very nice hostel to stay !!

During my stay, I really felt comfortable with the dormitory room. The room was always kept clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and I apprecited their hospitality. Whenever I passed the reception, they always greeted me with nice smiles, and when I needed to ask some questions, they were always there to help. Especially a woman who name is Geneve who I always talked to was very helpful to me and I appreciated very much for her kindness. When I go back to Firenze, it will be the place I would stay !

リラックスできる宿

フローレンスの観光地からは、駅を挟んで反対側にあるため、周りは静かです。近くのジェラード屋さんは、安くて美味しいです。部屋は、広くて、椅子、ソファーがあり、くつろげる。Wifiは弱いときもあり。泊まった日は、宿泊客が少ないみたいで、静かでした。次の日は、若者の団体が泊まってたみたいで、その時は、うるさいかも…。

Clean, gets loud at night sometimes Service was amazing, all of them were very patient and helpful. I forgot my passport when checking out.. they realized it and texted me on what’s app right away. Fortunately I was still waiting for Uber outside. Thanks ❤️Livia ❤️for the prompt action to the situation, really can’t imagine what it would be like if the staff there didn’t react right away.. much appreciate 🇮🇹🇮🇹

Amplio alojamiento por un precio razonable.

Por un precio razonable para esta ciudad, el alojamiento ofrece amplias habitaciones, reformadas con un estilo industrial, baño privado, internet... además ofrece la posibilidad de por un extra de 5€ un desayuno tipo bufé bastante amplio, que merece la pena, teniendo en cuenta los precios de la calle

Nos dieron una habitación en una planta que estaba en obras. A las 7 30 de la mañana ya estaban los obreros haciendo ruido y gritando. Llamamos dos veces a recepción e hicieron caso omiso. Hicimos el check out antes de tiempo por esta incomodidad. En cuanto a la habitación tenia buena relación calidad precio.

When a book I saw that the written pet friendly if it's not also for share room you need to add it to your information I'm not supposed to guess it. Second of all I called before I came and ask if it's okay cuz I have a service dog and they tell me yeah don't worry your room is ready when I arrived must I add with extremely exclusion pain cuz I'm a disabled they just kicked me out because of my dog and didn't give me any other solution really treating me like I'm nothing and denied that we have the call even though I show them on my history that I communicate for this amount of time with somebody from there hostel you don't treat disables like that leave them in this situation especially where it's nowhere to live really really mean place

Everything was pretty good. Very clean room and comfortable bed. A nice breakfast buffet for 5 Euro with great coffee. Internet in the room was weak occasionally.

For the price it was great location and clean. I have visited Florence many times but this was the first time staying in a hostel. Would recommend. Internet was fast and I was able to work without issue.

It was a good place to stay. I liked that there was a kitchen that could be used downstairs. The staff was friendly.
