Messori Suites was a perfect accommodation for visiting Florence. It was beautifully appointed - modern rooms with a beautiful balcony overlooking a garden area. The location could not have been any better. There was a public parking garage nearby for our car, but the location allowed us to easily walk to all the important sites in Florence - we were probably 15-20 min walking from the Accademia. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!

I really enjoyed my stay at Messori Suites, the staff was super helpful and kind! The room was spacious and clean, and even though it was located on the first floor there wasn't much noise coming from the street. The location was really good, about a 20 min walk to the heart of Florence. I'd definitely recommend this and would book another stay here!

Très bon hôtel
Très beau bâtiment. Chambre moderne. Jolie terrasse. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter à cause du temps. Personnel agréable et gentil. Pour se rendre au centre de la ville compter une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Tout a été parfait.

Dear Mrs Dana thank you very much for your review, we'll answer so that our customes will be carefull on their next reservations:If you book throught a travel agency , you buy a Superior room , the travel agency may buy from a tour operator that will buy from us a standard double room. So please be carefull next time to check with the Hotel that everything is as you wish! if they buy from our channel a Standard double room , they pay for a Standard double room!! The reservations are instantly inserted into our system. Direct reservation are always the best way to book for holiday, expecially with our gentle staff, very attentive to all demand. We are part of Hotel Self Group, booking direclty, nice little gifts are left too in room at your arrival. Best regards

The hotel was excellent in many respects, but lacked tissues in the bathroom and there were no bath towel rails. The towels also were not changed every day. These things detract from the comfort of the room. Our friends room had a very bad smell in the bathroom and she was told there was nothing that could be done. This was very poor.

Flott hotell med kort avstand til alt en turist vil oppleve i Firenze! Herlig å kunne gå til og fra byen hver dag, enkelt å ta en buss rett fra hotellet til togstasjonen (taxi-streik). Fint rom med smart-TV og digg kjøleskap. Manglet nattbord og noe dårlig oppbevaring på badet. Ellers veldig fint og rent rom. Det var masse mygg på hotellet, både på rommet og i spisesalen. Dette var ikke så hyggelig. Frokosten var ok, jeg hadde gledet meg til noe mer frisk frukt og bær slik som på bildene men det hadde de ikke. Bor nok her igjen om vi skal tilbake til Firenze, men tar med myggspray 😅

The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff - who are there 8 to 8 are very helpful - ordering cabs etc. The area has a supermarket, post office, and restaurants - but it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest site. Not a bad walk, but at night it is on pretty deserted streets.

Hôtel de qualité mais accueil mitigé
Un très bel hôtel intimiste avec des chambres de qualité. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche de standing. Très calme dans un quartier qui ne vit pas à la mi août. Compter une 20taine de minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre. La moitié du parcours dans des rues sans attraits. Les chiens paient un surcoût de 20€/jour pour aucune attention voire une méfiance exprimée sur le risque de dégâts. L’hôtel dit qu’ils acceptent les chiens mais une fois au Check in c’est presque différent… Le parking est facturé 15€/jour et vous ne pourrez pas utiliser votre voiture le temps de votre séjour du fait des contraintes pour se garer dans la cours (voitures les unes derrière les autres). Seul hôtel italien où on nous a demandé la taxe de séjour en liquide.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel is amazing. A stunning renovation with beautiful rooms. We had a private roof top terrace with ours. Fernando and Natalia at the front desk could not have been more helpful. We would return here in a heartbeat. So relaxing and calm yet close to everything.

Stunning decorated room with 4 poster bed and huge bathtub with his and hers sink and outdoor balcony space. A peaceful location with local restaurants and large supermarket just around the corner. About 20 minutes walk into centre of town. Only criticism would be lack of 24 hour reception. As we came back after 8 most nights we had a few issues regarding no refill of toiletries the first night and second night no top up of tea/coffee. This meant we had to go without until the next morning. Another issue was accidentally leaving our key in the room out of reception hours which meant having to call the hotel and wait until someone came to open the front doors. Overall however a pleasant stay but customer service could be improved.
