中心地からは少し離れているけど、きれいで気持ちのいいホテル
中心地から少し離れています。 また、周囲にごはんやさんは殆どありません。 バスの11番を使って、中心地と往復します。 ホテルは、門から少しあります。 立地を考えると、車があると便利です。 ホテルは、客室も含めてきれいです。 庭もきれいに手入れされており、気持ちがいいです。 朝は、鳥の鳴き声が聞こえてきますし、周りが騒がしくて寝れないなんてこともありません。 バス移動でもいいよ。とか、ご飯は食べてきちゃうからいいよという人にはおすすめです。

閑静なホテルです
閑静なホテルです。フィレンツェ・サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅から歩いて30分オーバーのところにあります。 なので、アクセスにはタクシーかバスをお使いください。 気になったのが3点。 ・エレベーターがない（階段でスーツケースを上げ下ろすのが大変） ・スーツケース置き場がない ・ベットが硬い（腰を悪くする人がいるかも） で、ホテルスタッフや朝食など、他の点はとてもよかったです。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 I think that it is an average hotel . Also, we would like to use if there is opportunity . Thank you!（grazie!）

都会にちかい別荘
ロケーションは、バス停から徒歩５分ほど。フィレンツェ中心からは、バスで１２分ほど。 受付のひとは、親切で、次のホテルがイタリア語しかはなせなかったので、英語とイタリア語を通訳してくれた。部屋のない装もとても清潔感があり、二泊したかったが、人気でとれなかった。

少し遠いが来る価値はある。
部屋も広く、快適でした。ただ駅から遠いので11番のバスで15分程揺られて着く事になります。旅慣れた方でしたらバスでも大丈夫だとは思いますがタクシーの方が最初は無難でしょう。フィレンツェの中心地は夜も休まる事なく騒がしいのですがこのホテルは別世界。ノンビリ庭で読書もできます。遠い、水の流れが悪い、近くに食事する所がない（夜）、を除けばかなりお値打ちでしょう。

静かな環境
ホテルの周辺環境が静かで最高でした．町の中心からはなれているため，静かな滞在を目的とする場合に最適なホテルです．その分，街中にはレンタカーかバスで移動する必要があります．ホテル敷地への入り口から見て交差点の反対側にあるBARにてバスチケットが買えます．そのまま100mほど歩くとバス停があり，11番に乗れば10分程で中心街に着くことができました．こうした移動が苦にならない人には最高なホテルだと思います．

市内から少しありますが、高級住宅地の中にある豪邸
ホテルは元々個人の豪邸あとだったのか、素晴らしい一軒家を改築してます。近隣も高級住宅街で環境は良いと思います。ただ市内まで徒歩20分ぐらい掛かりますが、歩くのは嫌な人は公共バスがホテルの近くから乗れます。朝食は取れますが、基本レストランは付いておらず、食事に関しては毎日市内で取られることをオススメします。アクティブに動けるが、宿は綺麗な、または少し凝ったホテルに泊まりたい旅行者には良いかと思います。

Sarvario was AMAZING! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. If we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable, he got it for us. He gave us all the information we needed to know about transportation and finding the best spots to eat. This property was clean and smelled good. The gates were closed at certain times of the night so I guess that helps with security. It’s uphill so if you’re walking, you’ll definitely get those quad muscles without even trying 😂. It’s about 10-25mins of a walk from nice restaurants. It is a 5-7minw walk to bus stops on either side. Downside is: - if you’re not driving, it’s a long walk from the gate to the building entrance. - The ground all stones so if you’re wheeling a box, it’s even harder. - Breakfast buffet was hella expensive. - Mosquitoes are outside because it has natural vegetation (inside, they have a wallflower that smells great and repels mosquitoes), so you’ll be fine. In all, I’d stay here again!

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel itself was average, not worth the price in our opinion. Our shower drain was clogged and water pooled in the corner of our bathroom. The walls are thin, we could hear other guests. It’s a beautiful property, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Beautiful villa- unfortunately rooms are poorly maintained. We tried showering and the water pressure was non- existent. The tub was poorly repaired. The room was overall staid. In addition, The hotel is not staffed 24 hours so if you need assistance there's no one there to help. I would never go back.

Florence is a beautiful city, and because of that it can get quite a bit crowded with tourists. Hotel Villa Betania was a welcome respite at the end of each day to take a break from all the crowds and relax in a quieter neighborhood that still offered many great restaurants, gelaterias and things to do. We can't say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was, from the front desk that helped us with all our questions, reservations, taxi and tour needs, to the wonderful person that made our breakfast every morning (we miss our freshly baked croissants and cappuccinos so much!). Thank you Villa Betania, for making our stay feel so much like a second home!

Nice, historic villa. Good sized rooms, everything worked but the air conditioner, which is very weak and could only get the temp from 28 to 27 after running for hours _ in the end we took our chances w the mosquitos and opened the window. Do not book this place when it is hot outside. A suggestion - a cheap $20 fan woukd have been great to have i the room. Also, mosquito nets should be installed on the windows, again, inexpensive but very useful when the AC does not work. Other than the AC not working, making for terrible discomfort when it's hot - the place is amazing.

Excellent Hotel Florence
Everything about this Hotel was Great !. Lovely Setting and 2 ways to walk into Town both providing a Great Walk with Great views of the City. Only a 10 minute Bus ride from the River in Florence. In my view much better than staying in the City Centre during the main season - May - October. The Staff were really friendly and Helpful. Breakfast Fresh and Fantastic !.

Hi! First and foremost the staff is excellent. Each staff member is personable, professional and helpful. They helped me to enjoy my stay and are the bees’ knees. Excellent! They are superstars!!!! The breakfast has a nice mix of protein and carbohydrates, which is the perfect way to start the day. The WIFI access is strong and consistent. My room was lovely. It occupied two floors and was clean. I loved the open layout and loft style, whereby my room was on the top floor. The bathroom was spacious with a deep tub and waterfall shower. Amazing! I have two major issues which relate to the structure and policy of the hotel. I was disappointed by the air conditioning; it was weak. The staff advised that it is central and can only be set by the computer. I asked that the air conditioning be increased and the computer system did not permit it. Nightly, I was uncomfortable with the temperature because the room was not refreshingly crisp; which is important after a hot day if touring and walking. At times the temperature was 26 degrees Celsius; which was uncomfortable. The room eventually cooled down but never to a refreshing temperature. Further the unit in my room made noise, which disturbed my sleep. Further, the reception opens at 8 am. The consequence is that the hotel does not offer an early call service. As someone who has previously erroneously set her alarm to PM rather than AM, I was disappointed that I did not have access to this alarm back up service.

What a pleasant stay at Hotel Villa Betania! Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, clean and beautiful room, very well maintained grounds and building, wonderful breakfast, and just enough distance to be in the city but away from the over crowded tourist foot traffic of city center. I highly recommend staying here.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Altstadt von Florenz (d.h. man ist auf den Bus angewiesen, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen) in einem großen Park. Der Bus fährt werktags ca. alle 15 min, sonntags nur alle ca. 45 Minuten. Dafür entkommt man dem Trubel in der Altstadt. Es ist ruhig und sauber. Sehr angenehme Umgebung.

Nice location. You can catch the bus in front of the hotel or if you are up for a walk its a beautiful and cardio heavy 30 minute walk to the sights. Offers a nice Italian breakfast buffet.

Wij verbleven in September 2019 een tweede keer in Hotel Villa Betania en net als de vorige keer, 5 jaar geleden, viel ons in positieve zin op: De rust, de bereikbaarheid van het centrum, het uitgebreide ontbijt, de netheid van de kamer, de vriendelijkheid en klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel. Wij hebben geen negatieve ervaringen met dit hotel. Van vrienden hoorden wij dat hun kamer krap was, wij hadden echter beide keren dat wij er waren een zeer ruime kamer.

Wir haben dieses Hotel während unserer Italienrundreise genutzt. Leider haben wir es nicht rechtzeitig innerhalb der vorgegebenen Check In Zeit geschafft. Das Hotel ist dann zwar trotzdem besetzt und wir kamen auch rein, aber es fielen zusätzliche 15€ an. Dies ist auf jeden Fall zu beachten. Das Hotelzimmer selber war ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. In Hotelnähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, an der regelmäßig ein Bus ins Stadtzentrum fährt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder nutzen.

Cadre calme et arboré.
L'hôtel se situe dans un très beau cadre, calme et arboré et se présente comme une villa, effectivement.. Accueil plutôt moyen (il faut être patient). Petit déjeuner complet et personnel disponible. Chambre propre mais pas de canal français sur une TV de 40 cms... (à remplacer). Globalement satisfait de la prestation.
