ポンテベッキオ側の歴史あるホテルで、レストランからドゥオウモをのぞめる景観はフィレンツェ滞在を実感出来ます。改装されたお部屋はとても清潔です。

部屋は清潔で、ベッドは少し小さかったがマットレスがちょうど良いかたさで良く寝られた。浴槽付きなのも良かった。

とても快適なホテルです。

観光名所の１つのポンテベッキオの近くにあり、レストラン、スーパーもすぐ側で大変便利です。部屋も非常に使いやすく快適に過ごせます。レストランからの眺望もフィレンツェを感じることが出来るホテルです。

とても良い！

時間よりかなり早く到着したがチェッインさせてくれた。場所はベッキオ橋のたもとで観光に最高でした。建物は古いので清潔感はそれなりですが、不快ではなく歴史を感じます。朝食はとても満足でした。

駅からは徒歩で20分ぐらいかかりますが、観光するには良いロケーションです。6Fの朝食場所はドゥオモなど見晴らしも良く、夜はワインバーで食事もできて夜景がキレイでした。

We loved the location. The staff was very helpful. The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 5th floor. I had the bring my mom’s wheelchair down 5 flights of stairs and of course they got it working as soon as I got to the bottom.

Pertaining to room 507: The Good: Fantastic location. Nice view. Room was clean and good housekeeping. The not so good: The coffee was undrinkable and the breakfast was inedible. Keeping in mind this is a large tourist hotel and the women’s servers were doing their best. Both mattresses were broken down and need to be replaced.

The staff is wonderful, and as far as proximity to the major sites in central Florence, it can't be beat. The breakfast buffet offers abundant variety. I had stayed at this hotel a few times previously. Since being bought out by B&B Hotel, the locally crafted bathroom soaps, lotions, and hair products have been replaced with a singular bottle of "body and hair" wash. This was a downgrade. The rooms would benefit from additional window soundproofing. The hotel itself is very quiet, and you don't hear other rooms/guests, but the nighttime street noise is very loud, especially on the weekends.

Hotel Pitti Palace was PERFECT for my week long stay in Florence. The location is amazing, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to many sites like Boboli Gardens, the Uffizi museum, the Duomo, and many stores and restaurants. Their morning breakfast buffet was delicious and was always a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Grazie!!

Hotel scadente, letto scricchiolava in continuo di notte, materasso vecchio con parte centrale sfondata troppo usato, tv ogni 10 minuti si bloccava e rimaneva bloccata per 5 minuti, pulizia scadente e rifacimento camere/letto lo stesso. Delusione completa.

To my surprise the location is perfect, you are right outside the ponte Vecchio bridge very accessible to all city landmarks. It feels so safe we went on a walk at 11 pm around the area.Their breakfast is a must specially if you are looking for a mix of local and American breakfast. Overall Ioved my stay there and I will considered for next time.

POSIZIONE TOP!!!

Tutto ok, bagno un po piccolo ma del resto siamo a Firenze e gli spazi sono quel che sono, camera pulita, colazione con stupenda vista sul duomo, se vogliamo trovare una pecca la tv in camera non ha ricezione, ma difetto assolutamente di poco rilievo calcolando anche l'eccellente posizione del b&b praticamente su Ponte Vecchio. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato al garage lungarno praticamente a 1 minuto a piedi dal b&b. Quindi soggiorno promosso al 100%

Florence Hotel

Location is at the center with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Only problem is there is only one elevator in the hotel. It takes forever to go up and down.

Last minute reservation

Booked this hotel last minute - loved it! Great location, clean, nice hotel and loved the rooftop restaurant. They even gave us a breakfast bag to go since we had a early morning flight. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience in this beautiful hotel located right in Pontevecchio! Rooms were meticulously clean and service at front desk was nothing short of spectacular!
