Centrally located apartment within walking distance of the Bargello Museum.   Due to its strategic location this space offers easy access to all major tourist attractions. The apartment is set within an elegant historic Florentine building in a spacious location. The apartment has two large double bedrooms with twin beds and can accomodate up to 4 guests.   It has a bathroom with shower, a dining area with an equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge, oven, utensils and dishes. Wifi connection and washing machine available. The apartment is on the first floor, in a building with no elevator, 38 steps to walk.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
