Grazie!個人的には満足です
空港からはタクシーを使わなければ行けない距離でしたが、10分もかからないで着く距離なので遠くはないです。 深夜に到着しましたが、快く対応してくれて繁忙期でしたが値段は手頃でした！ 他の方も仰っていますが、日本語ペラペラのイタリア人の人が『大丈夫ですか？通訳しましょうか？』と声をかけてくれました。 そのまま部屋に戻っていったので宿泊客なのか従業員なのかは分かりませんが、24時間対応(?)のホテルなのでもしかしたら従業員さんかな？と思っています:-) Grazie!

二度目のステイですがB&Bグループは安心して宿泊出来ます。 駐車場は狭いですが入れやすい奥側とセキュリティーの良い地下があります。

今時なシティーホテル
空港から近く帰国前泊や到着日泊に便利なロケーションです。駐車場は少なめです。旧市街(中心地)へはホテル近くのバス停留所から22番のバスで行けます。

旧市街までバスで１５分
　レンタカーの旅だったので、無料駐車場完備ということで選びました。近隣はマンション街ですが、旧市街地まではホテル前のバス停から22番線バスで市街地までは１５分。帰りは駅前ターミナルからも同じ22号線の巡回バスが利用でき、黄緑色のホテルが見えてきた頃に停車ボタンを押しても大丈夫です。バスチケットはホテルのレセプションで買うこともできるし、ホテルのすぐ東にコインランドリー、西にはピザ屋、裏手にはミニスーパーもあり便利です。２日連泊したのですが、中華系の方は少なく西欧系の利用者が多いという感じでした。受付の英語も上手でした。 　駐車場、WIFI、朝食とコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

・駅から20分くらい歩く ・coopが徒歩3分、コインランドリーが徒歩2分の場所にある ・団地らしき集合住宅が多いせいか治安がいいとはいえない ・設備は必要最低限で、ベットとシャワーくらい ・無料Wi-Fiが使えるが電波が弱く遅い ・朝食がおいしくない

Fleas in the duvet of our first room and had to change rooms. After that our room code wasn’t working and we had to wait in a long line for customer service to get in to our room. Also the walls are paper thin, to the point you can hear people in the adjacent rooms roll over in bed and you have to whisper at all times.

Poor management by front desk when a group was making noise at 12 30 midnight. Called front desk to ask for help to quiet the loud noise and the answer was not professional. Until this episode i like customer service by Lucia and Buba. My last night in Firenze was dissapointed. I needed to rest as i took a flifht at 4 am.

We stayed 1 night as a transition to the airport for an early flight. The location is good, just a 5 minute walk to the tram stop for the airport. The room is very good, clean, modern, in good condition. Unfortunately we were in a group of rooms with some loud guests which interrupted our short night. Otherwise all was good.

Ich habe mich in den Daten vertan. 2 Minuten nach der Buchung habe ich versucht, die Daten zu korregieren. Ich wollte einen Tag später in dieses Hotel. Null Kulanz des Hotels. Sie haben darauf bestanden, die für mich unnütze Buchung voll zu berechnen. Für mich völlig unverständlich. Dieses Hotel werde ich weder noch einmal buchen noch anderen empfehlen.

The property was incredible! They have an all day spa in your room that you can’t regulate. In addition to that useless A/C in the room, you also have it blowing mold. The cobwebs are a nice touch getting close to Halloween. And when you think that’s all, they surprise you with a queen bed that’s actually two doubles put next to one another! This was one of the best one star motel I could’ve ever wished for. The only good part of this was that the wifi was down for 4 days (the whole length of our trip) which allowed me to self mediate on my decisions to book this one star motel. The shower was fine.

10 minutes walk to the tram, and from there less than 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to the airport. Restaurant, pizzeria, and coffee shop around the area (less than 100 meters).

Very small rooms but perfect for overnight stay very close to the airport. Great service,clean. There is a bakery shop with great coffee in less than 2 blocks. Take a right when exiting hotel. Great parking with camera.

The staff was super friendly and nice. This is the most positive point about this hotel. Considering it was cheap I'll say it was okay. The beds are ok. Our bathroom had a few technical problems with the toilet flush and the sink drain cap that was completely stuck, but we got help from the nice guy at the reception. The hotel was also very noisy as if the walls were made of paper so if you want to sleep in the morning avoid. It was close to the tram and from the tram station about 20 minutes from downtown. The breakfast is cheap and good so it's worth it before a long day visiting to gain time.

Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Le réceptionniste était compétent et très gentil avec une parfaite maitrise du Français, ce qui a beaucoup facilité la communication étant donné que je ne parle pas Italien et que mon Anglais est très mauvais. La chambre était propre et parfaitement adapté pour mon séjour. Seul point négatif : Je trouve que l'isolation phonique des chambres n'est pas très performante. A part ça tout s'est très bien passé.
