Very kind staff, very comfort room. The hotel is little bit far away from the center of the city, but you don’t have to worry about that because you can use shuttle service during 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00 for free. I’ll come back the hotel again.

今回2日間はエントランス側で我慢しました…
いつもガーデン側なのでさしてリクエストもしなかったところ、着くなり申し訳ないと。 エントランス側のお部屋でした… 空室がでたら変えてと伝えて、夜シャワーを浴びようとしたらほぼ水！ 翌朝壊れてると伝えたらメカニックが直すと。 夜やはり水… 耐え難く3日目の朝、お部屋チェンジを申し出たところ、アネックスを提示されて快諾。 アネックスは初めてでしたが、むしろ自分ちのようで長い廊下も楽しかったし、ガーデン側からの出入りもでき、とても気に入りました。 去年の秋は朝食はガーデンが閉まっていて屋内でいただきましたが、今回はガーデンを眺めながら毎日長々といただきました。 相変わらずスタッフさんがジューサーで作ってくださる野菜ジュースはめちゃ美味しい。 そう、朝食のスタッフさんが去年来ましたよね？って覚えていてくれて嬉しかったです。 また、ガーデンのお世話をなさっている男性は最初に泊まった時から変わっていなくてあの時が止まったような不思議な感覚を覚えました。 本当は1週間以上泊まりたいのですが、なかなか予約が取れないのが残念です。 フィレンツェではこちらしか泊まるつもりがないので、次回は早め早めに予約して1週間以上滞在したいと思います。

I stayed junior suite room. The room was relatively small and a bit dark. So many mosquitoes were in public area and also in the room. It was over priced Hotel and stay was not so satisfactory.

むしろ教えたくないくらい素敵なホテル
少なくとも3泊したかったのですが、満室のため2泊しかできなかったのが一番残念でした。次回は1週間くらい滞在したいです。 ホテルは丘の上の素晴らしい環境にあります。スタッフはみなさん親切で、手入れの行き届いた広大な庭は朝も昼も夜も素敵です。また、朝食のみならず、軽い夕食も無料でいただけてびっくりしました。ホテルに滞在していた方々はみなさんアッパー、親しくさせていただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。また、シャトルサービスをフル活用させていただいたので、街から少し離れていても私は問題ありませんでした。私は大満足でしたが、部屋については好みが分かれるかもしれません。古き良き時代のものをあまり好まない方には市内の近代的なホテルをお勧めします。

素敵なホテル！
このホテルを選ぶ時にホテルのロケーションだけが心配でした。 シャトルバスは夜の22時までお願いした時にいつでも利用可能ですが、乗降場所はドゥオーモ近くやミケランジェロ広場など3カ所に限定されており、鉄道駅サンタマリアノヴェッラ駅には行ってもらえません。そのため、鉄道移動をする際は駅までタクシーを利用することになります。約€20でした。 フィレンツェへの到着時はバスでホテル近くまで行きましたが坂道をトランクを持って歩くことになり、汗だくになりました。 英語が不自由な私に対しても懸命に説明してくださったフロントの方やドライバーの方、とても親切なスタッフばかりで、快適なベッド、清潔な洗面所に部屋でした。素敵な庭に建物、家具や絵画、ゴージャス気分を味わいました。朝食も自分で作るフレッシュジュースがとても美味しく、卵料理や自家製ハチミツなど美味しくて食べすぎでしまうほどでした。 到着時の迎えやチェックアウト後の駅までの送りを、送迎時間を決めるなどして、シャトルバスで送迎していただけると文句なしでお勧めできるのですが、ご検討をいただければと思います。

高台にある綺麗なホテル
中心部からある程度離れていて高台にあるので歩いて観光地にはなかなか行けないですが、その代わり静かで落ち着いて過ごすことができます。またホテル専用の車（ベンツ）があるので、中心部まで送迎してもらうことができるので良かったです。古い格式高い建物で内装も手入れが行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。

レンタカー利用だったのでパーキングが広く快適だった。 荷物が多かったため小さなエレベーターは少し大変だったが、時代を感じる手動扉のエレベーターは当時のままを受け継いでいるとのこと。 よくメンテナンスされた美しい建築とインテリアを見ると多少の不便さは気にならない。 タクシーで市街から20ユーロほど。ホテルからの無料シャトルもあるので便利。

ホテルの環境は素晴らしいが街の中心地からはちょっと遠い 送迎シャトルがあるが、朝８時から夜１０時までとちょっと不便 町中からはTaxiで１５Euroかかる

The hotel its self and staff were all five stars. They not only have an airport shuttle but a shuttle to and from parts of the city which cuts down a lot of walking uphill. The gardens and views were spectacular. The breakfast Buffett was very good but unfortunately the food is so overpriced and really not great. Pasta was crunchy the two times we had it. The cover charge even for a hotel guest was pretty high especially when spending almost 500$ a night.

I loved every minute of my stay at Art Hotel Villa Agape! It was exactly what I was looking for after coming from the hustle and bustle of Rome. A quiet retreat with lush beautiful gardens and a spectacular view of the city. And even though it was not close to the center of Florence, the hotel provided a shuttle service in walking distance to some of the main attractions. i also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and took full advantage of the opportunity to have that meal every morning in their beautiful garden. The next time I visit Florence, I definitely plan to stay at this hotel. It was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Europe. And the pictures online do not do it justice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property, service, staff, all top notch. Only complaint was the lunch meal was not very good. We ate at nearby Omera for a Tuscan meal. But loved this quiet Oasis outside of the tourist area.

Beautiful property! Everyone here was very kind & helpful. Very clean and a lovely boutique feel. We booked this location knowing it was a bit out of town and are glad we did. That being said, just know that the shuttle is limited to 2 locations and you’ll spend a little more on taxis. Don’t miss sunset on the back balcony!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. It is quiet and a short distance from the center of town. The food and the staff were excellent. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. This is a 14th century estate with all the charm and ambiance.

The hotel was located above Florence near Piazza Michaelangelo. They offer a convenient shuttle service, which makes for easy access to the city or piazza. However, you may need to go up and down stairs. The staff were very helpful and prompt. They arranged our taxi for an early departure of 4:30 am and provided us with a breakfast box! The shuttle arrived promptly upon request, the breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious! The grounds are breathtaking and offer plenty of beautiful photo opportunities and provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere should you need a reprieve from the crowds. I highly recommend the villa!

The best experience. Tuscany in spring is beautiful and staying here just amplified that experience for us. The gardens and the seeing the sunset over the mountains is breathtaking. Also their breakfast is good and dinner menu is also good and convenient if you don’t want to walk down to the city. The staff were amazing and their drink prices were very reasonable. The hotel provides free shuttle service that drops you close to city and picks you up from the same location. You get great value for your money here. We are planning to come again next year. Grazie Mille! 😀

The customer service was superb. They made us drinks and deserts after the restaurant closed. And without asking them, they brought a cake out to breakfast for my sons birthday! Wow...just incredibly thoughtful staff!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and property with 5 star service. The breakfast bar was incredible with many options. We loved the pancake machine and coffee machine, fresh fruit and pastries. The shuttle is so convenient in getting to the city center. We felt like rock stars with VIP treatment. Also packed a breakfast for our early flight home. They arranged taxi's and tickets for us. Gave us great advice and recommendations. Book this hotel!

This was such a beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! The staff was wonderful and we never had an issue finding someone to accommodate our needs. A breakfast buffet was included with our stay and was delicious. We were a big fan of the espresso machine! We returned each day to our room appropriately cleaned, new linens, fresh towels and trash removed. The property was stunning, both inside the villa and the outside grounds. The shuttle service was very convenient but take note that it takes a break from 1300-1600 and stops at 2000, so we had to take a taxi back each night and it was around €30 each time if you are coming from the center. However, the hotel made it definitely worth it! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property and grounds are pretty - but didn't get a chance to explore them much while we were there. The room had a lovely view, but was small and the layout was odd. I had higher hopes due to pictures I saw online and reviews I read. Staff was nice. The breakfast was not that impressive. There's a shuttle offered but we did not use it due to the limited timing and location that it dropped you at - didn't seem that helpful for where we wanted to go.

Would highly recommend this unique Italian hotel. The daily breakfast was delicious, the rooms were cozy, comfy and quaint. Staff was incredible and for our first time visiting Italy (Florence area) I would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Since we got into the hotel we were welcomed and treated beautifully . The restaurant for breakfast was amazing and dinner excellent too. Strongly recommend. Including the free shuttle . Tip:book a large room . But for sure is a great hotel . We will be back .

Pour un séjour tranquille aux portes de la ville, cet hôtel est parfait. Une vue merveilleuse sur la ville et la vallée. Une navette qui vous amène gratuitement au bord de l’Arno à 5 min du ponté vecchio. Un hôtel plein de charme chargé d’histoire. Une très belle adresse!
