for the price, it was perfect
Nice room and friendly staff. The air conditioning was really loud and didn’t cool enough. The price however was very good compared to the neighbourhood. Didn’t have the breakfast, but lots of options nearby.

Very great stay for the price, the external bathroom wasn’t at bother at all and the room was really big. Close to the center and very clean, bed was super comfortable! Only issue was the AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, and the fridge wasn’t super cold, but honestly would definitely stay again. Also there is no free parking so make sure you note that

Рядом с вокзалом, близко к достопримечательностям. В комнате есть чайник,чашки,пакетики для чая, кофе,сахар,холодильник, шкаф,вешалки, широкая кровать,теплые одеяла,обогреватель,который очень пригодился. Окно выходит на улицу и летом, если оно будет открыто, будет шумновато.Зимой нормально. Были в начале декабря. На ресепшене встречает молодой человек, все объясняет, дает карту. Отдельно оплачивали городской налог. Номер брали, где ванная комната отдельное помещение. Конечно не очень удобно, но дешевле. Мы об этом знали. Смотрите внимательнее, когда будете бронировать. В ванной все достойно, полотенца есть. Все понравилось, спасибо.

Удачное расположение. Недалеко от вокзала и в пешей доступности до исторического центра. Вход в отель по коду, который прислали на емайл. Туалет и ванная, хотя и персональные, но находятся в коридоре. В целом, хороший вариант для отдыха во Флоренции на пару дней.

Cher client nos chambres ont toutes des fenêtres à double vitrage avec isolation phonique, nous sommes au centre et il peut y avoir des bruits provenant de la rue (comme dans tous les autres hôtels du centre) nos clients dorment généralement très tranquillement. Merci

Dear Customer, Our structure is a charming Guest House, equipped with all the comforts of a 4-star hotel. As the reviews of our customers and our photos show, our rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts: mini fridge, air conditioning, LED TV, kettle service, quality clean linen, daily cleaning .... it is certainly not a hostel! We are right in the center of Florence, we are very close to any attraction on foot. Our reception is open every morning and is always available for our customers. We believe that for the cleanliness, the location, the service, and the quality of our structure, the price is adequate. In fact, our customers are usually very happy. Thank you

Aramis rooms is a very clean facility offered at a reasonable price. It is very well located (i.e. within walking distance) from the terminal of the airport bus (0.75 km), from Florence's main features (0.5 km from the Duomo; 1 km from the Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio), 2 km from the Palazzo Pitti, maybe 2.5 km from the Piazzale Micheangelo. For the business traveller: it is at an easy 7-minute walk from the Palazzo dei ingressi (convention center); so close in fact that one can return at the room to rest between sessions if need be. There is a convenient small grocery store next door or a large covered market two blocks away. It is close to numerous restaurants that can cater to any taste and shops. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff (mostly family) are courteous, professional and friendly. Only possible issue is that check-in is between 9AM and 4PM; I'm not sure how they would handle a late arrival; maybe by calling the phone number provided. Outside these hours, there isn't any staff around. It is important to keep all door access codes on oneself. The building is flush on a busy and noisy street, but the noise doesn't get into the rooms; the premises is a little resonant, but generally quiet. There is air conditioning in the room, not the most powerful, but it is sufficient to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast isn't included, but there is a small fridge in the room. All in all an excellent value and a place to which I would gladly return.

As for the check-in time, we are always present at the reception desk every morning until the time indicated, after reception hours our customers enter independently with the access codes, in all comfort and ease (as if they were at home). There have never been any problems with our customers, and in any case we are always available for any need. Breakfast was not included because you had a reservation without breakfast, otherwise we have a breakfast service included with a beautiful bistro under our facility that serves exquisite breakfasts for our guests. Thank you, we are waiting for your next trip to Florence.

Lo mejor: la ubicación.El personal era muy amable, aunque solo esta por las mañanas un rato. La habitacion y el baño estaban muy limpios. Y habia una tetera con algunas infusiones y cafe instantaneo. Lo peor: que esa calle tiene mucho ruido y las ventanas no aislan nada. El ascensor está inutilizado por lo que tienes que subir y bajar las maletas por las escaleras. El aire acondicionado es centralizado (en junio no estaba ni puesto) y hacia mucho calor. Y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que las toallas las cambiaban cada 3 dias! (aunque al final conseguimos que las cambiaran cada 2)

Amable cliente Estamos en el centro de la ciudad, y a veces puede suceder (como en todos los demás hoteles del centro de la ciudad) que hay ruidos provenientes de la calle. Tenemos habitaciones que dan a la calle y las habitaciones que dan al patio interior, pero tenemos insonorizadas con doble acristalamiento en todas las ventanas que hacen que la habitación sea lo más silenciosa posible. Los huéspedes anteriores que se han alojado en su habitación nunca se han quejado de ruidos excesivos. El aire acondicionado no está centralizado, pero puede ajustarse individualmente en cada habitación, otros clientes han dormido bien sin problemas, si lo necesita, puede llamarme. Tenemos todas las comodidades y servicios de un hotel, cambiamos nuestras toallas cada 3 días (como todas las demás instalaciones, aparte de los grandes hoteles), pero si hay solicitudes especiales de nuestros clientes, siempre las satisfacemos, como lo hicimos por contigo. gracias

Nosso quarto era separado do banheiro - se soubéssemos, não teríamos reservado este hotel. O café da manhã não é no próprio hotel, mas sim em uma cafeteria bem próxima ao hotel - café da manhã excelente, valeu a pena. O hotel não possui uma placa com seu nome na rua então foi bastante difícil encontrar, somente descobrimos olhando a pé - chegamos de carro - porta por porta até encontrar o número e ver com a letra bem pequena no nome do hotel. As acomodações do quarto não eram excelentes, eram Ok, a cama poderia ser mais confortável. Havia uma porta no nosso quarto que o separava de outro quarto, então recebemos bastante barulho do quarto ao lado, o que não foi agradável.

Você reservou um quarto barato com uma casa de banho privada externa, é expressamente especificado que tipos de serviços são oferecidos, você tem que prestar mais atenção. Como você pode ver a partir de nossas fotos, também tivemos quartos standard, maiores, com banheiros privados dentro do quarto, com vista para o pátio, mas você escolheu o quarto mais barato sem ler as condições. Na porta do prédio há uma placa muito grande onde está escrito o nome da nossa estrutura, e há também a campainha com o número do telefone (nenhum cliente jamais teve problemas). Nossos quartos são muito bem conservados, temos roupas de qualidade, materiais hipoalergênicos e travesseiros, e nossa pontuação de revisão comprova isso. obrigado

Quarto muito sujo poeira acumulada no piso , tinha teia de aranha embaixo de uma das comidas, serviço regular apesar de estar claro ter recepção das 9 as 16 não vimos ninguém. O quarto que ficamos tinha um cheiro fortíssimo de cigarro , impregnado nas cortinas, o quarto 6 era divisa com um restaurante, além de barulho até tarde também cheiro. A única coisa que valeu foi a localização perto da estação.

cliente gentil, Eu acho muito muito estranho que você tenha encontrado sujeira. Nos quartos temos um serviço de limpeza diária, cuidamos muito da nossa estrutura (a pontuação de nossas avaliações pode confirmar). Eu gostaria de ter sido chamado para ver por mim mesmo e resolver a situação imediatamente. No horário de funcionamento da recepção, estamos sempre presentes e sempre disponíveis (nenhum cliente teve problemas a esse respeito). O restaurante que você fala é na rua (onde há muitos outros restaurantes e lojas), temos insonorização com vidros duplos que torna o quarto o mais silencioso possível (nossos hóspedes costumam dormir muito tranquilamente, apesar de nossas estrutura estarem no centro histórico) e temos também quartos com vista para o pátio interno. Obrigado

The property is in an excellent position, clean and adequate. However we found it difficult to find and as we had no internet coverage did not receive the email with the entry codes for both doors until the next day. Fortunately we were able to contact the owner who gave us both codes over the phone. For future travelers trying to find the place - the Apollo hotel is now the Mercure. The name of the property is on a small brass plate on the wall. Make sure you have an email with the door codes before you arrive in Florence.

Très bien
Un B&B très sympathique pour notre petit weekend à Florence début janvier, notre hôte Marco a été très gentil et serviable, tant pour le check-in un peu tardif que pour nous conseiller sur nos visites. La chambre propre et faite chaque jour, avec une bouilloire pour le café et le thé, le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner, simple et bon, est assuré à quelques mètres dans le café/réstaurant "La Cocotte", ce qui est plus agréable qu'une salle d'hotel. La rue est parfois un peu bruyante malgré les doubles vitrages, mais la localisation est vraiment proche du centre et rend l'accès facile à la ville et aux monuments à découvrir. A recommander !

Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro. Stanze curate, con pulizia giornaliera.

This B&B/Hotel was in the great location, just few blocks from the city center and train station as well which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. We checked in late so the Marco was kind to text/email us the check in information. The room was clean and comfortable but very tight for three people so was the bath room. The property has a contract with a restaurant for breakfast which is just couple of doors from the B&B/Hotel. The restaurant served good & delicious breakfast but the portion size was really small and we don't easy heavy breakfast. I wish the TV size was bigger and had more channels and few in English as well.
