Thanks for your review. We hope to have you as our guest again. The water pressure on some days of the week, especially on Sunday, is a little weaker. Unfortunately it is a problem of the pipes of the building, but we are trying to solve the problem.

Thanks for the review. Maybe you needed a hotel ... find out before booking. Although we are a guesthouse we are at reception 9.30 am-6 pm then you have a mobile phone for emergencies to contact also via whatsapp. The building is historic ... but all very functional there is only to use the keys ... unfortunately I apologize for the water ... that week we had problems with the boiler ... now all solved.

This review of yours is very unfair to us maybe you should have addressed it to the Mayor of Florence. First of all I want to clarify that Apollo Gusthouse is located on the third floor of a building in the historic center a few steps from the train station. The rules for the collection of waste are these and the collection of garbage continues during the day, thousands of people visit Florence every day of the year and if it were not so we would be flooded with garbage. Many Florentines also live in the city and all paying taxes are entitled to have a clean city. In Apollo there are soundproof windows in every room and nobody ever complains about this problem. Maybe you just need to close the window.We are sorry for you but maybe you should have booked at a country residence an hour away from the city not in the historic center a few steps from the Duomo and the major monuments known worldwide.

we are sorry you found our rooms not that clean and noisy: surely we'll try to do better.10:30 for the check out sounds fair as we need to clean the rooms for the coming guests (otherwise how can we improve our cleaning efficency?).We are sorry about the constructions works close to the guesthouse but surely we cannot do anything to avoid those kind of inconvenience.Thank you anyway
