"Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet cover. One highlight--the bed was pretty comfortable. I wasn't expecting very much but I was still disappointed. Won't stay here again. Sorry. Just honest."

"Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again."

"We had a great and relaxing week! We loved being so close to the water. Fishing and hiking in the area were outstanding! The house was very comfortable, cozy, and convenient! My favorite spot was on the screened porch listening to the water - so peaceful! Thanks so much! We hope to be back! "
