"I definitely give this property 5 gold stars in all categories. It was EXACTLY as advertised with the owner taking care to provide little 'extras' on top of that in the form of snacks, coffee, etc... The electric awning is not even mentioned, but it makes a nice outside sitting area with the provided picnic table. The tiny camper is perfect for a night or a few for 1-2 people. Very clean, great communication and all the things you would want."

"Everything was great. Super clean, great screened-in porch, comfy beds, and plenty of space. There was some confusion around the golf cart. The title of the post makes it look like it came with the property, but the text below says there was an extra fee. We worked it out with the owners, but then a battery issue left us pushing it from the marina back to the house."

"Stayed one night while passing thru, would definitely return for a longer stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Also near Tim's Ford Lake, Winchester, TN, and several distilleries which are open for tours. Loved the pool table! Haven't played in years. Interesting decor items. All we needed for a retired couple."

The location on Tims Ford Lake was perfect—peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the lake and the quiet surroundings. The hosts made everything simple, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy lake retreat!"
