Completely renovated as of 2021, this three-story home provides a convenient perch to explore scenic hiking trails as well as the lively breweries, restaurants, and shops of downtown. When you return home from a day of adventure, kick back on the home's spacious deck that offers both sun and shade. Sizzle barbecue recipes on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table that seats six. Tree-lined views feature throughout the property, adding privacy and a tranquil feel to the outdoor space.

Outfitted with all new furnishings, the home boasts an open-style layout that makes it easy to unwind with your whole group. Bask in the glow of the living area's gas fireplace while you tune into favorite TV shows. Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals around the six-person dining table, which also doubles as an ideal spot for a family board game night.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

This was perfect for our quick trip to visit Sierra Nevada and the NC arboretum!

The house was the perfect size for our little family of 3! The large deck allowed us to maximize outside time without having to worry about our 1 year old getting into anything he shouldn’t. It was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to do and anything we needed!

Mountain Getaway

Completely updated 3 bedroom home in Fletcher. I was here for work but could easily use for a jumping off point for all the activities in the Asheville area.

Good Touchdown point for a large family

This was a great touch down point for our family of six. Overall everything was great… nice bathrooms with lights and fans, comfy towels and starter soaps, paper products, cleaning materials was appreciated! Also the couch blankets and dog bowls were a nice touch!

Peaceful treehouse

We loved our time in this beautiful home. So many views of trees made us feel we were living in a tree house. The downstairs living area is beautiful and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. Plenty of towels and loved the soap shampoo and conditioner. Hope to be back again sometime.

Very nice

The house is just as described and was clean, nice and comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of basics. We had our dogs with us and they were happy too. I presumed(my fault) that there was access to the back yard at ground level, but dogs must use the steps in front. Again I should have checked more closely, but they were fine. House is conveniently located to many things. I would book again.

Great house!

The house was great and definitely large enough for 6 people and two dogs. The only slight problem we had was that the listing made it seem like the house was more isolated than it truly was. You have close neighbors on three sides and they don't bother you at all, but if you're looking for something set a little further back out of a neighborhood this might not be the option you're looking for. But, it really was a good place to stay. About 20-25 min drive from downtown Asheville, hiking, and a lot of other things to do in the area.
